Yamaha YFZ450 Build - Part 7 - Assembly front end continues! Installing the front wheel hubs, front brake calipers, front brake lines, front shocks, handlebars, risers, and controls. We will also be rebuilding the front brake calipers with new piston seals, brake pads, brake pad pins, crush washers, and rubber dust seals. The front shocks and springs will get disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. We accomplished this by inserting & torqueing all the bolts, and adding bearings, rubber caps, snap rings, circlips, o rings, bushings, collars and by using loctite (thread locker) red 271 and blue & anti-seize copper.
