- Yamaha YFZ450 Build - Part 9 - Assembly rear end continues! Installing the bearing carrier (rear hub) into the swingarm, securing the pinch bolts, and inserting the rear axle and attaching the rear hubs and wheels. Also installed the sprocket with dual sprocket guard, rear brake rotor (brake disc), rear brake master cylinder, brake fluid reservoir, brake lines (brake hoses), brake pedal (brake lever), and brake clevis. We will also be rebuilding the rear brake caliper with an Alba Racing parking brake block off plate (cap) and new brake pads, pins, rubber boots, seals, o-rings, and waterproof grease. We accomplished this by inserting & torqueing all the bolts, and adding springs, bearings, rubber caps, snap rings, circlips, o rings, Delrin bushings, collars, cotter pins and by using loctite (thread locker) red 271 and blue & anti-seize copper. This is a full ATV build, quad 4-wheeler rebuild. Yamaha YFZ450 YFZ450r Restoration, Restore, Replacement, Assemble.

Haven’t seen a video in a while man. Hope all is ok.
yeah ... the build is on hold ... back to work full time ... gotta make some $$$
@@11GalleryATV Understood. Hopefully you still have time for the band.
@@Noslo_559 I still play when I need to unwind ... and let my neighbors that I'm still alive! They are prolly wonderin' why I'm not in the garage with tools banging around!
This build is awesome man! I actually just started on my 06 YFZ so you have no idea how much these have helped! Whoever had their d*ck beaters on mine likes to miss match bolts, washers and nuts. I’ve got it broke down and ready to pull the motor out. Can’t wait for your future uploads!
Thanks man! My build has been put on hold for awhile ... gotta make some money to keep up with this economy!
@@11GalleryATV I heard that! The parts are expensive alone and the economy doesn’t help. I feel your pain man. I’ll be here waiting for the uploads. 🤙🏾
Woohoo! 2k subscribers!

Prefect skin!!
Thanks ... I mean I moisturize and stuff, but perfect, aw shucks ... lol
That sprocket guard is supposed to be installed evenly, rotate it on one side. And there no need to grease the outside of the carrier where in doesn’t touch anything
Thanks for tip! I think this sprocket guard is actually for the 450r … I am just going to use the outside and move the sprocket back where it belongs … as for the grease, I just do this in case moisture gets inside … can’t hurt anything being there
Factory Miller lite racing bike stand 🤘🏽
Hells yeah! I put all the empties back in the box with their caps on. 15 pack of empty pints (16oz bottle cans) is surprisingly solid!
I wish u could add the parts and bolts to the description and where to find them that would be awesome

@@11GalleryATV nice.!! Well im waiting with post notifications on.!! Lol keep up the good work bro.!! Rock out.!
i feel like im watching my self build this thing..... i thought i was the only one who put shit back together with shitty sound effects that dont relate to my project in anyway
You are definitely not the only one! I even do that shit when I'm by myself ...
My favorite one is at 10:58 - lol
