In this video we will show you how we built a three-wheeled vehicle that will allow you to have some fun on side gravel roads, dirt roads and more.
We used, among others:
250 CC engine with manual gearbox (4 forward and reverse)
The wheels and front suspension come from some ATV 110
Rear wheel size 18x9.50-8 used on ATV 250

As a professional Maintenance Mechanic /Technician, whos hobby is mini bikes (I own a Coleman cc100x with predator 224cc swap) this was a fine specimen of an Epic home-made build. Rarely am I absolutely RIVOTED for an entire build video. The finished product was truly artwork. I think this trike is easily worthy of applying for a patent, and producing these for powersports stores. They'd sell for sure. Amazing job man. Truly inspiring. Keep at it. 👏👏👏👏
OK here's the deal it's kinda koul but it's to tall to short length wise and to slow for his big butt. and the front end is to narrow. but other then that's it's pretty koul and he did a killer job from scratch. for a starter trike
@@tonysmith3875you're right it's way too narrow in front. The geometry is messed up , he needed to use a cpu to design the frame and suspension.
stop taking the drugs, you mind will clear and sensible thoughts will return,
This was the best intro to a video of all time.
Od razu widać profesjonalizm całej pracy i dbałość o szczegóły 👍🏻

Bulletproof project justification, hard for the wife to argue against that one🤣 Bro your work is so pro! Great looking machine, thanks for sharing!!!
😂😂😂😂
I love the expression on your face when you realize your mono shock was too soft :-) you’re doing a wonderful job keep it up!
I loved the crash sound there towards the end of the video! LOL.
Great trike, and with reverse gear too, well done!

very very professional and I definitely love this job and I'm also building a supercar for myself. I learned a lot in the village.
"Yes! This was a good invention. It gives the child( or rider) a mechanical mindset while adding performance to the carriage. In term? The shift variable ensures or encourages the rider whether learner or skilled operator to become a better thinker. Therefore? Rever and many other children in her class will improve their method of learning if exposed to a trike such as this. This was a good built, and it is a fun item to possess. I think every family home with a growing child should have one, because? The ride enhances the mind once the standard clutch operation is fully achieved by the rider. I am very glad you did not want Rever to train on an automatic shift. This is a very good educational marketing item. It suits the need." 👍
What a wonderful break from reality, watching a young man build a trike using his amazing skills, knowledge, arsenal of tools and equipment.
Thank you!
Blessings.
Have fun

You know you're famous if you have your own bearings!
😂
Great job, what a fun machine!
👍👍👍
Idk about being famous with the bearings. There called 'flanged pillow block bearings' & you can order all kinds of different sizes online, or go to bearing supplier local to you! 🤔👍👌🛠️🔧🔩📐📏🗜️
Dude, that fake wreck sound was hilarious😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 That's one awesome machine ya built there. 👍👍👍👍👍
If you don't make mistakes every once in awhile, you're not a Real fabricator. That's the only way to learn. I'm a self taught welder. I'll go to the big box stores, see something I like, take some pictures and go home and make it. It's fun. It also can be very lucrative. From 1 fabricator to another GREAT JOB 👍👍.

To see a machine fabrication shop made me happy
Now that was a slick build !!
Finally a really deatailed long video! The bike was very well made. I'm sure it is fun to ride with.
Great Job Sir

Anyone who does this kinda extra curricular activity is amazing!
As always, you have all the necessary skills to do the job right. Well done.
I don't know how much you weigh but, the scooter doesn't LOOK that strong. It IS amazing that you can fabricate all those, various parts by yourself. Wow!
Predivno, svaka čast na trudu i znanju. Veliki pozdrav iz Hrvatske.
Now that's a great idea, little tweaking of the suspension and look out. 👌
Amazing job my friend congratulations 👏🎊👏🎊👏🎊👏🎊👏👏👏!!!!!
Nice job congratulations you are amazing engineer are you driving something you create it's priceless😊😊
Nice Bud, your fabrication is legend!!
Cool build man and excellent filming and film sequencing throughout. Should have made the front end bit wider and maybe the rear swingarm a tad longer. But still cool AF. Glad you used the mesh wire and plastics to not add more weight to that great steel behemoth 😅 Excellent job though. Polska power!
I najlepszy Polak w akcji :D
Massively great engineering! As to the suspension shock/spring; Perhaps fewer McDonald's and a few more daily walks of several kilometers! 🙂
Nice! My analogous project with a track instead of the rear wheel is stopped so after watching your video I need to proceed :)
Güzel bir üç tekerlekli motor... Ne güzel elinden her iş geliyor derler Kahramanmaraş da senin gibilere.
Good job Dude although I reckon a gusset under the seat would strengthen the shocker mount in case the shocker bottoms out
Cheers from Aus
greetings from russia!
you made it look so easy, although i understand it wasnt a 30 minutes project
good engineering decisions, eveything can be repaired and disassembled, complete rear suspension instead of hard tail, etc
Nice. You make that bike look small.😂
Outstanding build….❤
fantastic build. really like the look. Very Cyberpunk
Quite the inspiring build from start to fuck up to finish.. liking the learning curve and the fact you only tack welded the framework until it was where you wanted in case of changing it like the down tube on the front interfering with the steering arms . Especially liked the seat catch and the method of checking the rear shock and the look on your face. . Great build no over rated music or being talked over . Thanks
Po prostu ogień 💪 Gratulacje talentu!
MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼…………………………………………………………Y’all know this guy is the coolest dude in his neighborhood……….. right?!?!? You either love him because he calls you and tells you to come over and check out what he’s just built, ( while you’re PRAYING he will ask you if you want to ride it ) or you hate him because he’s always blasting around on his latest creation!!! LOL!
*Great work brother* 👍❤😊
Nice work, colleague👈👍😉
Fantastic job here!
The man is very good at fabricating machine 👍
As usual, you've done a great job! It looks great, rides really well and seems to be a lot of fun.
One question though, where is the place for your angle grinder? 😅😅😅
I forgot 😅🤣

Now that's talent. 👏
@25:17 Master link keeper! You are putting it on backwards. The "nose" of the chain keeper should always be pointed in the direction of travel. Threaded rods do not make very durable drive shafts. 🙂 I still LOVE it!! 😍
Awesome man 👍
amazing work 👏 from India
I'm really glad that I'm not the only one who makes silly little mistakes every now and then while fabricating. If you do it as well I somehow don't feel as stupid.😁👍
There is an old saying: only the one who does nothing, doesn't make any mistakes. Happy tinkering! 😁

Awesome, awesome!!! You could have made it a little longer but that shit is brilliant
Pretty cool! I think I'd stretch it out another foot or two. Looks a little short, but still awesome.
That’s the first 40 minute video I’ve watched in a while. I loved it. Great job.
I’ve been thinking about building something similar. I think it would benefit from a little bit wider wheel base. Great work.
Great skills and a great build! Thank your fir sharing!

Brother man !! You're a literal beast in the garage.. everybody makes "mistakes" but the way you problem solved them with no effort, although they weren't really mistakes haha.. crazy this is, ive been talking about getting a welder to build some mini trikes to sell. I was stoked when i thought about two wheels up front and for me to ride.. anyway, days later i find this.. thanks bro ! You definitely get a sub from me
I can tell you are a man of few words
Fajne wejście i kolejna super produkcja. Miłej niedzieli i pozdrowionka.
Really badass build! Watched the whole thing. Would love to see an r6 motor in it 😅
Simplesmente incrível, esses projetos de motocicleta , mini carros ...... acho incríveis , parabéns , ótimo trabalho , gostei , continue com esses projetos , belo trabalho !
Yes about time, a lot more stable on corners, why they do it the other way around I’ll never know, we’ll done 👍

FrankenTrike. What a blast~ Love that you don't include annoying music and pointless dialogue in your video. Flexiny would approve.
Very nice trike. Thanks for sharing 👍.
I enjoyed watching the build process [as always] but I did notice a few things. I mention them as an observation vs criticism. I believe it would ride/handle better if:
1] The center of gravity wasn't as high. 2] The rear swing arm was lengthened 8"-12" [20.32cm - 30.48cm] jmo. Again, really enjoy all your videos. God bless.
He missed a couple steel pieces for the back end for the seat so it does not flex with the shock and for the rear swing arm need more brackets on the connection point so it does not twist ...If he hits a good bump the shock will go right thru you sorry ..Back end not strong enough .....And swing arm should of been longer for better handling ...
I simply love it. Looks like a load of fun to ride. I want one.
This is amazing. Wish I had an opportunity for a physical class so that I can learn practically with the best teacher like you
I want to see you guys do something with a snowmobile drive train, like a half-track. But this was fantastic, even if it looked a little scary to ride.
Very good job 👏 and Excellent videoing a specially if you did it all yourself well done 👏 ✔️ 😊
Wow I'm totally out of words but it's freaking awesome 👌 that's what I love doing and keep up with the next project thank you it's very very awesome 👌

Siemano, fajna maszyna 😀
24:34 a czy te dwie śruby łączące te zębatki wytrzymają dłuższą eksploatację?
Pozdro 👊👍
Nice job man. I really liked the tensioner desing and how you decided to add better threads to hold more torque. Welding nuts like that not only benefits for more durable threads, but gives you galvanized threads :) awesome job!
And also zinc poisoning if not ventilated property
That's awesome brother enjoyed the video and the craftsmanship really cool man
