Yes, a lot of work has been done, it turned out great. I myself build a trike on large wheels and I understand how much work is invested. put tires on it for meaner and you can drive through the fields. The potential of such equipment is great, I think I will see this device in your videos. Thank you for the video.
I watched this yesterday and forgot to add my comments. I like this this quit a bit. Now I would chop off the front end and make it a 4 wheel option. Still a super cool build!
amazing skill level Master....you left the drone in the dust, it couldn't keep up with you.. I think I've seen these on the highway last summer, but off road 3 wheel atv's banned in the mid 1980's for instability.
The differential is a system that allows the drive wheels to turn at different speeds, which is required when the car is negotiating a turn. In a turn, the outside wheel must travel farther, which means it must travel faster than the inside wheels.
Great work i miss building things like this .depending on how you ride this or were i used those motors in few projects and i would add some corner braces at your swing arm attachment point and front neck attachment points since i dont know wall thickness just for safety purposes if you plan on high speeds the amounts of factory frame ive broken is amazing some gussets go long way and that motoer can be a fun torquay motor with a few mods just as i get older and being busted up i value safety more now and can give small advice to anyone that will take it to not have pain i go through as they age is win keep up great work and have a wonderful day
Watching this channel and seeing my other favourite maker commenting on it? Amazing! Also, this guy has a full shop of awesome tools and equipment, and yet the legendary leatherman still finds its use 😂 8:27
Nice afternoon build😅 This looks like a great ride. Try and buy a set of transfer punch set. Takes out the guess work in finding center. You always have cool projects.
Something I tell the machinists is, that once the metal starts smoking, it's possible that subtle changes because of the high temperatures can become crack initiators. Less speed in the drilling and some lube is much better to avoid failure specially in automotive parts. And dude, please, use some tincture spray with your marking tools. Prussia Blue. It's cheap.
Very cool! But i do have a question: Why you chose to use square tubing instead of standard round tubing? This adds a lot of weight and performance/manouverability will surely suffer for it.
Interesting solution for reverse gear, but introducing too much chain resistance in the application and chain tensioner. But you definitely made a nice prototype to keep advancing. To stay safe: ADD FULL FENDERS on rear wheels. They are too close to you to be safe in a variety of scenarios. But I realize for showing the video you had to get it on the road to get an idea of quirks and adjustments. A separate chain ring (small) on the axle for an electric motor with reverse polarity capability might work as electric boost + reverse gear? Just a thought. But the main drive chain should have minimal deflection and resistance added for best fuel economy and performance.
I built a similar trike here in the UK based on a Yamaha 600 diversion the difference is mine has rear suspension, a differential gear , outboard discs on both wheels, after riding it for 3 years I think it was trying to kill me! It is too short, has huge unsprung weight just to mention two problems. so it sits there now un ridden.
Nice job overall. Much of it was very overkill on the tubing and tube thickness. A tubing bender and a metal bandsaw would be an awesome part of your collection.
A lot of nice work steps, but how does it steer? I mean, in a strong stock, it doesn't handle like a normal vehicle with safeties. You could just let a wheel run free and the behavior would change or you would have to use a differential. So far, very fun vehicle ;)
What about the wiper motor? I guess that's to move the trike around the garage or in & out of the trailer. Also does that fuel tank filler cap have a vent? It doesn't look like it and if so you might get halfway through your fuel and stall the motor.
Cool looking and great craftsmanship but I'm not sure about the turning with that live axle set up. I also worry that the clutch is not strong enough for the rolling resistance of two giant automotive wheels.
Nice work my friend!:)
You both have an excellent channel 👍
Hey! Where is our new video? 😂
Your channel is more extraordinary, the work of friends....😁😁
Thanks!! 😁
Legend !
Rezultat fantastyczny to wiadomo. Ale oprócz tego świetnie zrobiony montaż filmu. Bez muzyki, bez gadania, z naturalnym dźwiękiem. Brawo!
That electric reverse was brilliant
Other than it is a generator when it is not being used... Hopefully he factored that into his electronics.
should be wider and longer.
@@DodgyBrothersEngineering It's completely disengaged when not in use.
@@chaunceyfeatherstone6209 electrically or mechanically?
ROFL... I just can't get my jaw of the computer table in amazement;... so cool...
Absolutely Brilliant...
This Is ladies AND gentlemen.. a real building vídeo. Not like others that just assembly parts.. amazing job
Fantastic❣❣❣
Всё как всегда круто.Не хватает назад крылья от грязи поставить что бы не дождь не грязь не летела а так всё как всегда круто.Лайк.
I love watching a craftsman at his best. Outstanding work!

Pues Si,por eso tiene que frenar antes de la curva...
Excellent work 👍👍👍. Thank you for sharing. Be safe 🇨🇦
In the top 5 of best half hour moments of my week.
I watched this yesterday and forgot to add my comments. I like this this quit a bit. Now I would chop off the front end and make it a 4 wheel option. Still a super cool build!
Really cool trike! All it needs now is a tow hook and a tiny caravan!!
definitely another amazing project
ง
Nice work making that trike, solid workmanship
it's always good to watch a professional at work.................. great trike and video............. congratulations.
Beautifully made beautiful job professionally done mister well done
That trike looks like a lot of fun! Great build! Love your channel!
Unbelievable. Totally impressed.

Very well built and a solid box framework .. love the reverse gearing .. sweet little tank . Next up a bigger cc bike with a car axle ..
Diesel tank cap was nice touch. 👌
There was only this one in the store 😅
Crazy Awesome Built. Hat's off to this Guy.
Definitely looks like a fun way to screw around on weekends.
Now you have a trike,have fun,👍🏻

Really 😮 😂
Отличная идея, хорошее исполнение, с каждым разом добавляется оборудование
Came out great...............love the reverse

Thanks man!
Everything is ok 👍
the reverse is excellent 👌
Super belle réalisation! Bravo 💪👍
Great build much better than factory !
Большое спасибо вам! Как же интересно смотреть, самому захотелось что- нибудь смастерить.😊
Мне тоже
Great build sir, good choice of engine.
Nice to see your finely honed engineering skills taking you on different paths! 😉
Great build, definitely a lot of thinking and engineering went into this project... I'd love to take it for a test ride
But how much did the build cost?
Just like a McLaren Artura you need the electric motor to reverse! LOL. Another fantastic project man, great job and keep up the great work!!
Fantastic job Sir. Congratulations.
Seriously? No helmet? Dude. Beside that - amazing as usual!
Nice work, the trike came out great
You are so great. Percise dimensioning and machinig work. Thank you
❤❤❤Nice music and amazing work my friend

Solid axle with no diff demands skids. Donuts on gravel at least. Also, build more war machines. You may still need them.
Чудовий трайк гарна робота 👍

Totally agree with you, it is built like a tank, no need to be so heavily built when tubing would do and be a lot lighter

Always impressive to watch you work. ;-)
This looks AMAZING.
Very cool build 👍nice job young man, cheers from California

a masterfull build, great work. ty santee......on the brazos.
great skills man those will open doors in your life. $
Love this stuff, never grow up!

It's for reverse.
Pretty cool, Nice detail work makes the difference
now... to add suspension...lol rough ride?
You are amazing, so talented.
Another fine build. Looks cool too.
Man you are a brilliant engineer loved watching you 👍🇬🇧🤩🥰😍
That's awesome 👍👍😎
Zajebisty pomysł na wsteczny !!🤌👌👌
Very good job. Thanks for sharing. ❤
Got to say that looks good perfect just right get on and go 👍
Вы как всегда на ВЫСОТЕ.

1:55 ... love the idea of using a rattle gun on the vice as an alternative to a hydraulic press.
Make it look very easy and such a good job un all.
All my dreams is become a engineer like you.and so passionate by your work bro
