There's one fun thing with leech seed and sturdy. Leech seed damages the opponent by a certain percentage and heals you by the same HP taken, so with a low hp pokemon with stury it just full heals you every single turn if the opponent's hp are high enough. bit hard to setup tho, no sturdy pokemon can learn it.

Actually not, pinecone lacks structures found in fruits like skin or flesh, so it is not a fruit, it is just a seed vessel

Have you got a shell bell for aron? Also little trivia on elgyem and its evo behyem they are a play on the abbreviations for alien sightings elgyem for LGM (little green man) and Behyem for BEM (Bug Eyed Monster) gen 5 is my fave gen :)

You should try to pick up EVERY item you can find. Don't avoid the nuggets and revives. You'll need the money from selling them to shops or marketmen so that you can buy elixirs/max elixirs as well as healing items and revives for the elite four and/or battles when you have multiple trainers you have to battle in a row. As you go through the game, the need for this will increase, as there are various times when you have to fight multiple people in a row with little break e.g. the Team Plasma runins. And it will be frustrating to have to go back over and over again to the same Pokemon Centre.

I like point crow and his Pokémon content but this playthrough gimmick does nothing for me.. haven't watched it at all apart from the start on first episode when you explainex it all.
I think my issue is starting a run with a full team and how grindy the battles would be..dunno just seems dull.
