Beautiful recipe. You could easily cut 3-4 minutes from the video by reducing the chopping of garlic, shallot and tomatoes time. Also, if it were me, I would make the sauce first, that way you will be cooking the shrimp as the sauce is finishing. When the shrimp are barely cooked, then combine right into the sauce to finish. No need to set aside the shrimp and maybe overcook....even if it's off the heat. The difference between perfectly cooked shrimp and overcooked shrimp can be as little as one minute.

You may use dry chilly flakes, bot fresh chilli. And if you use fresh chilly make sure you do not take the white seeds, they contain the most of the spice

I feel there’s far too much garlic in that recipe. If I make it for myself, I will only use a small amount of garlic quarter of a teaspoon and that’s more than enough.🥰 I also would remove the chili peppers from the recipe as I do not like super spicy food .
