Hey Dale! I definitely recommend the Elite Gourmet stainless steel egg cooker for the easiest hard boiled/poached eggs. I received one as a gift and use it almost every day. All you do is fill the provided measuring cup to soft, medium or hard depending on your preference and add that water as well as the desired number of raw eggs. Turn the button on and it buzzes when it's done. From there I put the eggs in a bowl of ice water and every single time the shells peel right off. Hopefully with some sort of oil or butter though you'll have a less sticky experience with these silicone cookers. Have a great weekend!
