If you flip the top of the tire rack support to the other side it should still flip all the way up

Man, sorry to hear Charles had to take a step back. Glad he's still somewhat involved. I hope you're able to get the views back up to at least 30-40k per video again. I have always loved the content. Once you get a rhythm going again I'm sure it'll all work out!

1. Make a notch with a saw, add some hinges and a quick release for access to dead space.
2. Sent out the 2JZ to be rebuilt by another shop
3. Gut the S550 and do a stand alone

Trevor! You need to build a bench that fits and shapes to the nose, your tool box could go on either side of the trailer in front of the bench or underneath it.
That's a bummer to hear about Charles....I'm glad he's not gone, but hopefully it's not the start of a slow transition. Either way man, keep grinding!!! I really really like the daily vlogging on your other channel and MATV seems to have found it's stride again.

Are you sure those tire racks aren't flipped? Like you have the brackets on the wrong side?

If you move the top of the folding mechanism to the outside and leave the bottom where it is then it will fold up. I have these exact ones and that's what I done.

I feel like your ends are on the wrong side of the tyre rack, switch them and I think it will make it fold up flat

Trevor, how about you build a door fold up door on the "V" edge of the trailer, just for loading/unloading and reaching the nook. Since your not going to open it when driving.
