If you are looking for a school to renovate Luck High School has been ballin on a budget for decades. Iron dumbbells with hand grooves worn into them, plates that are literally falling apart as you deadlift and worst of all, a rack that is bolted into the ground slightly off center troubling anybody who dares bench there.
This year you guys should do "Coop's 12 Days of Christmas" or "Coop's Home for the Holidays Tour" and it be 12 videos of you overhauling fans home gyms with the final video being an overhaul of the school you mentioned. With your pull I'm sure equipment manufacturers would donate some extras.

This year the school is celebrating is 100th anniversary and the football team is on the cusp of winning its first ever district title in the schools history after suffering multiple winless seasons recently. Hey coop been watching on and off for a long time. You motivated me to start my own home gym. Been doing it for a little while now. I now have family and friends working out with me. It's the most fun I have ever had working out ever. It is thanks to you. I messaging you because I am a teacher and our school is a small private Christian school that had needed a gym update for a long time. Our school is called Westwood Christian School in Miami Florida. It would be awesome for our school to be a beneficiary of your kindness.
HB Plant High School in Tampa FL. We have one of the worst gyms in the county and the state. All of our bars are rusted and weight plates cracked. Half of our dumbbells are broken/lost and the racks themselves are falling apart (a few of the safety bars have snapped in half with only 225 on them). We desperately need a new gym 🙏

I’ve been an avid watcher since 2020 my old high school could desperately use a gym remodel the man that runs the weight lifting program is one of the greatest coaches I’ve ever had he turns every class he has into a family and treats his students like there his own kids if your looking for a school in south Florida I think this would be the perfect fit. School Remodel Gym Suggestion: You should do the weight room of a Las Vegas School called "Calvary" or "Awaken" It's a private school with a large w/out room, but a lot of the equipment does not work, Cable, leg press so on.
I coach football at my old high school, Maxwell High School in Maxwell California. We have the smallest 11 man football team in California and our gym is crap. I let players use my equipment and take a group to a commercial gym, but the students and school would be very grateful to have the weight room renovated.
A remodel of my old high school KNIPPA ISD in knippa tx would be amazing it’s a small town right next to uvalde with lots of affected kids with a very old outdated gym. This school is amazing in academics and many students do multiple sports so this would help so many of the kids and coaches
20 pull-ups! Sam, you can do it! Aim for 25! Nice work and awesome that GGR/Coop is aiming to set up a high school with the some of that accumulating gear. Another option to consider would be a community center.
St Thomas Aquinas (Edison, NJ) for the High Schol remodel!!!!! Great program and kids with not a ton of resources or public funding. This would help take our program to the next level. Trust me, we need it. (its bad)
COOP! I am a teacher and coach at Adair High School (Adair,OK). We are a very small school in Eastern Oklahoma and have a very low budget. Most years we are a school that does 100% free lunches for all students because we qualify for it since our district is just very low income area. Although we are low income our school is awesome and gets great support from the community, ESPECIALLY in sports. We are very competitive and have won several state championships, but our weight room is one thing that is very out of date and really needs new equipment. It would be so cool to have someone like you remodel our gym and give our athletes a place to be proud of as they put in their hard work year in and year out! Hope you see this! Anyway, I actually sent a message to GGR around a year or so ago about donating to high school! I am a PE teacher at a low-income high school in PA, and we are desperate for a weight room update. I hope we make the cut, but even if we don't, I still appreciate all of your content; your work really helps stretch the small budget I have.
If you want to give some more stuff away. The Air Support Bureau (rescue and patrol) for Orange County Sheriff (California) could use some new kit for our Snake Pit gym.

If you do a give away on the gym equipment give it to Palo Verde High School. It’s a small community that doesn’t have much, but they have allot of love and they would appreciate you forever for it.
A great high school is Hampshire high school. Our strength coach works his tail off with the out dated weight room we have and still is able to get it done. Our squat racks are older than I am and our platforms give us splinters and chip off, yet everyday we continue to grind and work harder than most other schools.
Nominating Oxford HS in Oxford MI for the gym makeover. You may have heard of Oxford, last November it fell victim to a school shooting in which four students lost their lives. Hana St Juliana, Justin Schilling, Madisyn Baldwin and Tate Meyer. Tate was a star football player, wrestler & helped coach wrestling; in fact, he assisted my sons wrestling team. Oxford has been through a lot this past year. It'd be nice to see the students of Oxford get a little something back. Just my two cents. I hope you give them consideration. Love the channel man. Keep up the great content.
My brother is a teacher and soccer coach at our local High School here in Gardena, CA. It’s an underserved community without much resources given. It’d would be great to have something for them to workout with and enjoy. Could be a great place for your project!
I would love to see the Northeast Nodaway gym in Ravenwood, MO remodeled. The added on to their existing building a few years ago and part of it is used for their weight room. It's a decent weight room but the equipment is basic. They have 3 rigs but they have the junky circular deals instead of J cups and they have to be unscrewed to be adjusted. Their plates and barbells are not the best quality either. They do have a pretty good range of dumbbells, however they are very old. The also have some REALLY old machines (leg press, leg curl, leg extension, and lat pulldown). Northeast Nodaway is a small school and I don't foresee them being able to update their weight room anytime soon.

Those are the types of places that always get overlooked and never get funding unless it's for like the football team.

I built a garage in my backyard to put a gym in. Now it's full I'm putting other gym pieces around my back yard for an outdoor gym.

I was dreading doing more electrical work to add light sockets in my gym, now I will be ordering some of those light socket LED’s!!

You should renovate the BlindBrook high school gym. All the equipment is outdated and many equipment is broken.
