FBB Persist member here, too... Coop and Marcus inspired me to integrate fitness into my life by building a home gym 2 years ago... no friction, just a couple of steps away from my desk (I work from home)! Love it so much!!!
Wonderful hearing Marcus' thoughts to minimize friction, be happier, more fit, and better person. Awesome segment Coop! Really great getting into the tour and the thinking behind everything.
So great to see you guys collaborating!! Been long term fans of both your stuff and you both inspired my home gym set up. Though my wife threatened divorce if I expand the gym any further. I might hold her to that.
Coop! Please review 45 degree hip extension. When you do the review please test the safety when you have weight on your back and the stability of a single leg extension. Your the best, love the content. Keep living the dream
Rocking the chubbies… great video .. have followed Marcus program pump for over year and half … can’t recommend it enough. Great blend of getting a pump and keeping my conditioning up to live well and live well.
Adding the Hip Waist Belt for the Tank, well not 1st, but on the 2nd or 3rd run, well that will Regressive Integrate and Discondition, versus Progressively Condition your hip extensor, but in a slightly different manner.
I totally get his checking out the garage first comments. My realtor thought I was nuts when I mostly focused on the basement when I bought my house. Good decision because I have had a really nice home gym for the past 35 years.
Wow, looks like a cool workout back yard . Found it strange we not told what general area the person lives....Calif has many different climates to exercise in...
That 45-degree hyperextension has been a non-negotiable for me in my two decades of lifting. I might have just as many hours on it as they do that bike. And you rarely see it included in programs. Crazy, I use it every back day or leg day. 😂😂😂
Inspirational. I’ve got the same Lexus RX in my driveway and my new sick semi-budget setup. Looking forward to buying a house some day and filling out the garage with A1 pieces!
OK so I finally pulled the trigger on a rack, barbell and weights. Also a bench. Didn't want to kill all the cash in a cage but I went with a Signature fitness 3x3 11guage, got the extension feet, dip bar, and safety spotter arms, the rack came with J hooks and safety straps. Bought a Rouge Ohio bar, started with the Everyday Essential 260 lb bumper plate set and a flybird adjustable bench incline/decline. So my next question is what would be my next option? I want dumbbells and also Kettle balls. Also if I get kettle balls, should i buy them in pairs? So which would you recommend first? Thinking about saving a bit more for a good set of adjustable dumbbells, I could grab them but already close to $1500 today, don't fell like getting murdered by the wife just yet. I will probably replace some of the lower end stuff as I get further along, but I feel like I got a decent start. I really hate the gym, anxiety gets the better of me. Love the videos, It helped me make my decision on going the garage route
The only thing I see that’s missing from the set up that I would really want would be. I’d really like to have a hot tub also for recovery. It’s just something that I enjoy. Personally, I think the cold plunge is great and I enjoy using them too, but there’s just nothing like sitting in a hot tub in the evening and relaxing. The other big Takeaway that I would get from this is never buy junk. Like he was saying he didn’t start out with everything at one time. Buy one piece at a time, and buy a high-quality piece that you can enjoy forever. Save up your money and then buy another piece. Within four or five years, you’ll have what you want and you would’ve never gone into debt.
aaaaaaaahahaHAA. i've been living on coop's channel, deviated, saw a brief clip of marcus filly and when to check him out aaaaaaaaaand i'm back here again. LOL
I dislike that you are deciding to be a sell out because people acuse you of doing so. I love your videos and I think you guys are doing more then well enough to not need to sell out. At least to me it takes away from your other recommendations a little bit for more. Just my 2 cents. Keep up the good work love your stuff coop!
Cubans of East be like: Why do you imitate him and just make him laugh like uncontrollably with our Cigars in Monte Carlo, Spain and your wives be on Rich & Famous with Brock.
Lame, millions of videos everyone claim to to have the "magic pill" to whatever goal you're after. PEOPLE !!!! Consistency it KING !!! whatever program you chose: STICK WITH IT , consistency !!! that's the secret, regardless, all programs/diets/routine are good (some quicker some slower depending on your metabolism, or your current state) just damn stick to it, for good for worst, do it !!!
I watched a video of Coop made a little more than one year ago before FUTURE and he was skinny-fat! Which is a nice way of saying a skinny fat@ss! Now he is slim and fit!,
Functional Bodybuilding client here. Huge fan. The programming Marcus provides is brilliant.
“The whole family lineage can be healthy.” Love it! That’s awesome to think how health and fitness can bless future generations! Good thought Coop!
One of the best segments to date Coop. Listening to you and Marcus talk fitness was epic!

Love that you are featuring peoples home gyms. Keep them coming.
Talk about living the dream. That location and equipment is amazing.
I was thinking the same thing. In California that's cost a few million to buy.
Great watch. Covered everything, showed indoor and outdoor functionality, worked like a Rocky montage and made me want to hit the gym.
I workout on my concrete patio year around in Central Florida as the sun comes up. That's the perfect workout conditions.
Hellllll Yahhhhhh. Filly is the blueprint for any workouts I do/create.
Filly is the best! ALso huge fan of his persist training.
Wonderful hearing Marcus' thoughts to minimize friction, be happier, more fit, and better person. Awesome segment Coop! Really great getting into the tour and the thinking behind everything.
Marcus is the best! Love his instagram posts for great ideas for at home workouts
There is nothing better than working out outside!💪🏼☀️
What a healthy outlook on life for long-term fitness. Reduce any friction to work out.
The duo we needed
So great to see you guys collaborating!! Been long term fans of both your stuff and you both inspired my home gym set up. Though my wife threatened divorce if I expand the gym any further. I might hold her to that.
You could marry your squat rack!
Think of the extra space you would have!
Marcus is one of the best/smartest dudes in the space.

Great crossover episode. Ive been such a fan of Marcus and his channel and have been obsessed with his gym
Rocking the chubbies… great video .. have followed Marcus program pump for over year and half … can’t recommend it enough. Great blend of getting a pump and keeping my conditioning up to live well and live well.
better setup than many commercial gyms!
Marcus looks like he is a really good guy!
16 million wtf 😳 that’s insane. Bravo brother
A whole community with their eye on a home gym space when house hunting...got to love it!
Great video! Building slowly over at my residence. Set the intention !
Adding the Hip Waist Belt for the Tank, well not 1st, but on the 2nd or 3rd run, well that will Regressive Integrate and Discondition, versus Progressively Condition your hip extensor, but in a slightly different manner.
his gym is a dream!
Love gym tours
Marcus Filly is the man!!
Marcus is doing 26000 miles per hour on his bike. Not bad.
Integrating fitness segment was great to hear from both you coop and marcus. Good stuff

I am also lucky enough to create my own gym under a very little space, yet my own gym for me and my family. fitness must be a part of life.
That Eleiko outdoor equipment is sweet... Like the laptop stands everywhere too
That 45-degree hyperextension has been a non-negotiable for me in my two decades of lifting. I might have just as many hours on it as they do that bike. And you rarely see it included in programs. Crazy, I use it every back day or leg day. 😂😂😂
Coop please review the Prime fitness leg extension/ Leg curl combo!!
The audio sounds amazing. Where can I get the mic you're using? Thanks!
Marcus: dont fill up your floor with immovable objects
Coop with his garage: There's some empty space here, probably could put something here
Marcus has a entire floor of movable objects.....the floor itself.
The important take away here is that he didn't start with all of this equipment. You can all start with a half rack, a barbell, and some weights.
Or with a pull up bar, adjustable dumbbells and bench
This garage gym is dope 😤😤
Kings Kaleidoscope shirt 👊🏻
Coop can you do a “Stuck in an Island” edition. You have 3 options what would they be?
Inspirational. I’ve got the same Lexus RX in my driveway and my new sick semi-budget setup.

Hey Coop! Can you review the tytax home gyms! Great job btw!
That look he gave during your intro lol

Can anyone ID Marcus Filly's sweater? looks dope
It's from Chubbies. I was eyeing it when I was there too.

He's not even natty
California isn’t beautiful, but agree with the rest.
Sure bob 😂😂😂
I hate the way you say “garage gym reviews” at the beginning of each video. It’s cringe and annoying like nails on a chalk board. Who else hates it?
