Hello, my son has a 2006 Chrysler 300 with the 2.7 V6 that was leaking oil from the oil pan gasket. He has replaced the gasket and cannot get it to stop leaking from the rear passenger corner. He has taken it off several times and it always leaks when he puts it back together. Do you have any ideas what the problem could be. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
@@blantondynamicsI used the same gasket that you used and it’s still leaking and I can’t figure out the exact location, but it is leaking from the back side
I'm currently under the Magnum staring at that Transmission bracket. You said 3 bolts on the pan and 4 on the trans???
Thank you for the help I'm going to order a gasket on Amazon do you think that would be fine

What type of gasket is he using (cork, rubber or rubber/aluminum hybrid) and what store is it from?
Did you ever figure out the problem for the leak? I’m having the same problem and it’s causing my rod bearings to keep going bad.
