use v belts on the rod to remove the crankshaft, do not use the piston coolers you didnt remove them and it only takes a bump to bend them, get new ones, if they are bent you will score the piston and liner, usually you heat the gear first on a bench and then install it, so the crank (or item your installing it on) doesnt swell, do the bolt update on the rocker shafts, (jake hold down bolt) also do the update on the rear structure cut, and the air compressor cut, i didnt see any oil on the bolt threads or heads, or lubriplate on the journals,
Thanks I appreciate the information. And no I didn't replace the piston coolers and also pretty positive they didn't get bumped. The only one I had concerns with is the one I dropped the socked into but it looked the same as the cylinder next to it. And there was oil on bolts and heads and assembly lube on the journals.
Beautiful job on putting the engine back together. Love the motivation every-time I watch your vids and others, Can’t wait instill I’m able to rebuild my Ole girl myself. You’re definitely killing it man. 🤟🏾🫡
I did check clearance but didn't mention it because the videos are already longer than most people like and if I would have mentioned it i would have went into explaining how it works and It would have turned into a whole video by itself.

Just uploaded another video dude! Let me know how you like it.

Yup... didn't do any of that 🤣
When are you putting more videos up
Just put one up. Will continue to do so every few days
Shit will truck fit in that shop..thats a dream shop
Alllmmmost. The stacks are about 1½" too tall to fit. But I could come down to like 20psi in the front tires and definitely make it fit.
One small step for man kinda and one Big Crank for a W9
Yeah for real! 430 pounds!!

Good work 👍🏻👍🏻.....self taught or did you have schooling??
I dont have a clue what I'm doing. I just use common sense, youtube/Google, and just do it.
Man what happened?
Thrust bearing.
Appreciate it. I had a brain fart when going over that 🤣🤣
PS thats hard to do by urself
Yeah just a little
& wow no framerail cleaning/ & or painting either = ouch= ugliness
So that's where you stopped the video or didn't read what the text on the screen said during that same time??
Also, this is a work truck, not a show truck, and could honestly care less what the frame looks like while in the fast lane.
