@@TheRay1227 That would work the chest more effectively no? The club was used to target mainly core stability and upper body in general. Less focused on chest.
The most important force producing exercise that can linear progress is the close grip bench. The other exercises are low intensity and therefore not as helpful for football players that require power and max force production. Sweat does not equal proper adaptation. Are you working out or training?

my guess would be 2 sets for each plant leg, with 5-7 reps, keep it explosive
@@gty8340 that wouldn’t be bad. I know normally he keeps it at 2-3 sets of 8 with a lot of explosive single leg stuff. I appreciate the input!
