hej andrew all classes so far what i did had been really good. no matter what i clicked on. everyone had something special for me at the moment. thank you for your work. really. it was super nice with the sat nam exercise. i concentrated hardly on the forehead and up and try to keep up with the rhytmen and at the end it really opens up my sacral chakra and a big stream of energy came out of my head and came back as a golden rain. i am coming from the hartha/power/flow yoga direction but kundalini yoga topping it all. such a strange practice when someone is used to "normal" asanas but the outcome is something from another planet. now i know why kundalini wearing very often white clothes and white turbans - the are from another planet. ;-) thank you for your work again andrew and love to be a member soon.
That's amazing Angela! I know what you mean, I also starting with more Power Yoga/Ashtanga. Many of the Kundalini practices are super weird! Even still after many years, sometimes Clelia and I look at eachother and think "what are we even doing!?" 🤣 I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying your time exploring our channel. Thank you for being here 🙏🥰 We will be very happy to share the members content with you! I'm sure you will find many more practices that take you to another world!
I loved this class! This was my first “longer” kundalini class and it was wonderful to linger in the expanse, I will be returning to this one as often as I can. I took note when you said the throat chakra acts as a bottleneck for our kundalini. That felt very profound and I am happy to contemplate this throughout my day. Thank you and have a wonderful day 🙏🏻
💫Wow sparkling amazing energy afterwards!! Much gratitude for your gift to humanity and helping us all be in a higher frequency, energy and vibration!!! You're the best, 🎉🗝Thank you!! 💫💜
Thank you so much Kristy! I'm so happy to hear of the beautiful experience you've created through this practice 🙏💞 It's an honor to be able to share with you
Thank you so much for teaching with so much honesty. Just a request is it possible to make a video of how to control breath for 2 minutes like that Hoff guy.
Hey Faiza! I do have a couple videos of these type of breathing practices. Check out "Wim Hof Breathing" ruclips.net/video/ML21jzI0N58/видео.html Or "Guided Soma Breathing" ruclips.net/video/feeiHA51xHg/видео.html I also have a 14 day program, available to the Refeel Yogi+ Members, where we go more into the Wim Hof Method, and other practices for developing the inner power of Manipura Chakra. It's called "14 Day Fire Power Transformation" ruclips.net/p/PL9x6oNwZBfuzWvYCvcLCTRGw-NFgy1h6Q When it comes to holding the breath for 2min, I have to ask you, why do you want to hold your breath for 2min? It's actually quite easy to do and many people can get there in as little as a few weeks. But why?
I had trouble finding the "log in" button for the master Kriya class today. Fortunately, I remembered that you put out a new video and how perfect! Exactly what I needed. I have been taking this class very slowly, savoring. I will be moving on to part 4 probably next week so I hope I figure out my little issue. Glad to hear you and Clelia are feeling better 💛💛💛
The universe works in mysterious way hey! 🥰 If you got logged out of the course, you should be able to access the course the original e-mail you received. If you continue to have trouble logging in, send me a message and I will try to help you recover your log in 🙏 I'm really glad to hear that you're taking the time to integrate each step of this program.
Thanks for this updated version of your spinal - Kundalini series! Helps me greatly. Also, the last 3 min long Sat-Nam session is a challenging but great addition to the original set of yours. Namaskaram
You're welcome Zsolt! I'm so glad you enjoyed this practice! Though I cannot take credit for this beautiful sequence. It's one straight from Yogi Bhajan's Kundalini Yoga. I am just sharing what I have received from teachers before me 🥰
Thank you Andrew for this practice! I have been doing this practice for two weeks now almost every day, not like a ten day challenge but like a “doingituntilAndrewuploadanother videochallenge”! I know that you and Cleia has been sick, hope you two recover soon! Namaste 🙏🏻
Thank you so much brother! I'm really glad you're keeping up the practice, even while we're struggling to make new content 😅 I did manage to produce a video for the members a few days ago... but since then my energy and motivation went back down again. This silly virus keeps hanging around... Hopefully you will see more new content soon! 🤞
This was fantastic! I plan on doing this regularly. I really feel the energy and loosening on my spine which feels very blocked right now. Kundalini has nowhere to go.
No. It is not something I have experience with or interest in. And even if I did, I don't believe it is something that should ever be taught openly for everyone. Some secrets are best to stay that way 😉
Hello Anaid! The impulse to use drugs can come from a variety of different reasons, stress, childhood trauma, lack of fulfillment in life, etc. And this can be related to each of the Chakras in different ways. In general the best way to overcome addiction is to work with Manipura Chakra. This helps to detoxify the body, to develop self control, will power and determination. And it also give the self confidence to be able to look inside, at the shadow, to face the issues that caused the addiction in the first place. I wouldn't recommend to try to work with all of the Chakras at the same time, as, especially when dealing with addiction, it can bring up issues that may be too challenging and worsen the escapist behaviour. Start to work with Manipura first. Here are some programs that I would recommend: ⭐️Raise Your Vibration: ruclips.net/p/PL9x6oNwZBfuxcvxbxU91gyIRWx6kDlfPi ⭐️New Year, New Me: ruclips.net/p/PL9x6oNwZBfuzdQ3tmTJWr1gVf4GWyhyNs ⭐️Purifying the 5 Bodies: ruclips.net/p/PL9x6oNwZBfuyLvCiV3abPmN5-q4FTvrH1 And if you join our Refeel Yogi+ Membership you will gain access to: 🔥Manipura Chakra Initiation: ruclips.net/video/dvgL_i6-W-c/видео.html 🔥🔥14 Day Manipura Power Transformation: ruclips.net/p/PL9x6oNwZBfuzWvYCvcLCTRGw-NFgy1h6Q And this program which focuses specifically on treating addiction: 💗10 Steps to Wholeness: ruclips.net/p/PL9x6oNwZBfuyTmj95O4PNb4Cj5LlIqcvo
Usually spinal series end with the ego eradicator. Does sat kriya replace it in this case? Would it be possible to do first ego eradicator and then sat kriya or is that overkill?
@@Mad-Moiselle technically the spinal series is supposed to end with Sat Kriya. However sometimes I prefer to end with ego eradicator, to make it a little less noisy 😉 If you want to do both I would suggest first ego eradicator and then finish with Sat Kriya, just before Savasana 🙏
Damn this was hardcore, I couldn't do the fingers up thingy all the way I had to make breaks. But even half-assedly doing it I felt the effects. Started crying incontrollably at the end. I had to face all the anger and frustration I hold over what I did to myself in this life.
Wow Aki! It's really beautiful to read this comment. I'm so grateful to you for having the courage to go through this experience and for sharing it with me here. Thank you. You've done a really great work here today! 🙏💖
It can definitely cause excess pressure on the bladder and the prostate. Which if you're drinking lots will surely make you feel like you need to pee more ;) It is something that passes! So if you are new to retention, don't worry! These uncomfortable experiences will subside as your body learns how to use the energy in other ways. Check out Uddiyana Bandha to help relieve the pressure!
@@RefeelYoga to be honest, the only time it felt better when I got to 45 days. Other than that I always feel like using the washroom a lot, especially I think I have anxiety over my football future and thinking a lot, this practice I can do daily?
