@@RefeelYoga amazing, I will do the series. I started your 30 day kundalini yoga series last summer and by day 6 my chakras opened and I felt them as real points of spinning light inside my body!! Your videos were instrumental in my awakening, which felt quite sudden. Thank you endlessly for your good work❤️🙏. I don’t know if it’s bc I have asthma or just a lifetime of trauma, but even those videos were challenging for me. I had to do many of the poses for less time than you did. I struggle with getting my belly in synch with my breath in the breath of fire. My body wants to expand the belly on the outbreath. Anyways, thank you!!

What would you say is your main interest? Working with Chakras and energy through physical/Hatha Yoga? Working with sexual energy -either on your own or with a partner-? Learning about the more mystical/magical side of Tantra, such as fire ceremonies, Goddess worship and other devotional type practices? Or going into the philosophical and esoteric understandings of the Universe, God, Shiva/Shakti?

I'm so glad to hear you're finding value in the channel 💞 I most often recommend to students to do what you find yourself most attracted to, in order to keep up enthusiasm and aspiration for the practice - this is very important! So the fact that you're enjoying to do the 10 bodies practice is great! I also recommend that, while continuing with a practice that feels good, comfortable and interesting, that you incorporate some other practices to challenge yourself and expand your capacities. In this way, what you have been intuitively guided to - going deeper into the 10 bodies and experimenting with other classes - is really what I would suggest most to everyone. I might even recommend in the afternoon class to do one of my 30 day programs. They are shorter (10-20min) so very accessible to include in the afternoon practice. If time permits and you prefer longer practices (~30=40min) you could even do both. If this is the case, I would recommend starting with the 30 day Kundalini program ( bit.ly/30DayKundalini ) and following with the 30 day Pranayama program ( bit.ly/BreathRoutine )

Does it matter if the fingers are not connected through each other in the way you show us Andrew? (When arms straight up over the head) my wrists don’t want to bend that way. Maybe with practice they will become more flexible
Yes, it's okay. Perhaps you can interlace the fingers with the palms down rather than up. The arms being straight is more important than the orientation of the hands.
