Rail Grider derailment on the Market Frankford Line

- Today (2/16/24) a Loram rail grinder train derailed on SEPTAs Market Frankford Line and had to be towed back to Frankford at no more then 5 MPH forcing other trains to single track around, I was lucky to have seen the train the night before and was tipped off by friend as we approached the consist

How did the work train derailed? Was it the tracks or did the train just overspeed a little and derailed like that?
Unfortunately was never told the details on how it happened was just lucky to see the aftermath
Since the wheels were up on skates while being towed it's extremely likely that an axle locked up creating a severe flatwheel condition that caused the derailment. To be fair to the Loram operators that rail grinder is extremely LOUD when you're in the operating cab when it's running, so they would have been hard pressed to hear the "Flintstone wheel" that most likely caused the derailment.
