Beautiful fabrics❤ I love hearing the baby, precious. A cowl neck top doesn't take a lot of fabric and you could use a jersey for the back. Look forward to seeing what you come up with.😊
Oh thank you! Can you believe I still haven't decided on a project for that fabric? I just hope by next year's challenge I would have done something great out of it 😄
I think the color blocking is a good idea for the first fabric. I think the second would be a good jacket. Like a moto jacket or a hip length trench. I agree with your choice for the last piece. Don't wait for an event to enjoy what you love!
Thanks for your suggestions. I still haven't decided what to do, can you believe it? I'm not sure how to go about the color blocking. Too many plans, too little sewing time and now a cold on top of it 🤧
And yes, great suggestion for the second fabric, but unfortunately I don't have enough for a jacket. I have to remember to account for the sleeves when buying fabric 😊
Thanks for stopping by, Keira. I'm much better now, but at the beginning I was always buying pretty fabric for a possible gala, wedding, film premiere... 😂 Delusional!
I love the minerva fabric and definitely would vote for it. I made a dress using that same fabric design though I think my substrate was linen viscose or something like so.
@@mysewperpower oh no! I don’t feel so great this morning either. Seems like the flu is trying to get me. I hope you feel better soon! Sending healing your way
I love that you are nursing your baby while filming. Go mama!
Thanks. I tried to ask him to just give me a little break to film, but he wasn't having it 😄

Thanks Shari. What a great idea to use jersey for the back. I think I might give it a try. And I do love a cowl neck 😊
Love the green blue aqua paisley brocade ❤❤❤
Me too! Thank you, paisley was the word I was looking for 😊
Vest? From the brocade, dress up or down with jeans. For first fabric, cream back, pattern in front.
Lovely fabrics.
Baby steeled the show :D ❤
Thanks Agata. He kept pulling at the fabrics too 😂 It took me forever to shoot this video 😄
The Minerva fabric is a beautiful colour on you xxxx

Oh Wow! The rayon challis
I'm afraid of cutting into it 😬

I have the same problem.. I have nowhere to wear the fancy fabrics so they just sit in my stash. Those are all gorgeous fabrics!

Hi Kris! Thanks for stopping by. I'm down with a cold now, so fingers crossed that I get it done (in time) 🤧
