“The one-two punch” - love it. I’m frequently disappointed by my O draws, wishing for bingo purposes that it’d been an A, E, or I. That one two punch & the O’s synergy with high point tiles is a silver lining that I’ll have to keep in mind moving forward.
And great point about not holding out for a bingo when you have your OUT- or OVER- prefix. If it’s there it’s there, but if it’s not you’ll likely get burned trying to fish.

I know it's a little too late, but I think you could also consider rating a tile's synergy with itself, how often you're able to make words with 2 of the same letter

The O is a pretty good letter, the main problem with it is it's ability to kill great racks. AEINORT is the absolute worst rack to have when you're trying to bingo and it happens a lot more often than you would think

Note that Collins has OTARINE and NOTAIRE (2012 addition in that dictionary).
