Hi Will Anderson, Happy Holidays and thank you for giving tips on what to do with the F. I am curious on what to do with either the J or the Q since you made videos about the X and Z.

Huh, I hadn't realized F has this duplication tolerance.
Aren't almost all tiles bad bingo tiles?

That's certainly one way of looking at it: actually playing a bingo is a relatively infrequent occurrence even for players who have trained to see as many of them as possible, so the logical conclusion must be that in general, most of the tiles aren't very good for that purpose. So we're mostly stuck grading them relative to one another. But also keep in mind that when I present the graph of % of bingos containing each letter, it's somewhat misleading in the sense that most of the tiles in the Scrabble set are the tiles at the top of the list - the low point tiles. So while perhaps a majority of the letters in the *alphabet* have poor bingo percentages, a majority of the actual *Scrabble tiles* in the set are on the higher end of that graph. Namely, only 23 tiles are worth 3 or more points (BBCCFFHHMMPPVVWWYYJKQXZ), and the other 77 tiles are worth 2 or fewer points, and have significantly higher bingo percentages - even as the higher scoring group comprises 14 letters, and the lower scoring group only 12 (and blanks).
