Change Ring Doorbell Pro WIFI Network

This will show you how to reset/change your wifi network on the Ring Video Doorbell Pro. If you have changed your wifi SSID/network name or changed routers your Ring Doorbell Pro probably is offline and can't access the internet. To fix this problem follow the instructions in the video to change your wifi and get your doorbell back online.

Attaching the doorbell to the mount is a little difficult but once it locks into place it seems extremely sturdy. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxxHZwMa8CsRjYhf9s4W8w0Dwm47uytWOp I replaced my regular doorbell with this and hard wired it in, using my existing wires and mechanical chime. It works perfect so far and integrates perfectly with my blink camera system. It also works seamlessly with Alexa

Thank you. This helped! Just an FYI! Mine does not have an orange button on back or side. It is actually a smooth spot or alleged button on the side. You have to look closely to see it!

So many videos with the same instructions. My "device health" does not have an option to "change wifi network". Can't figure it out for the life of me.

Someone at home depot said you will need a better internet connection if you running a lot of devices.

That was my issue too, no change wifi choice, but clicking on the re-connect to wifi and following all of the steps in this video worked!

Might be late for an answer but i just went through this process today, i didnt have the "change network" option in my device health. I checked the app store for an update, my app was already up to date so i uninstalled it and reinstalled the app and boom, i have the "change network" option in device health now.

I have 1st gen doorbell, i have it hard wired,but, my phone doesn't say hard wired(it used to) I've rebooted it. i know its hard wired because the white light is on, on the doorbell. how do i get my phone to show hardwired?

The Ring Pro I have uses a security hex screw. A star screwdriver will not remove the screw, you have to use a special adapter for the removal of this screw, at least that is the kind that was provided to me with my Ring Pro, just sharing.

Thank you! I kept trying to change my password and it kept asking for my current password which it would not accept. By acting as if I'm changing to a new network, I was able to easily change password. There's more than one way to skin a cat! Thanks!
