    Super easy hack/fix for the Everchill 12 volt units. Buy the Haier 9.8 cf. 120 volt A/C fridge. Same exact box, but only in a more reliable 120 volt A/C configuration. Hope this helps.

    I have the Everchill 12 volt 10.7 cubic foot that I bought recently. It is wired to a 15 amp fuse in the RV with 10 AWG and grounded to frame with 10 AWG. The refrigerator will run and cool perfectly for a day or two and then stops cooling and returns to ambient temperature but the interior lights look normal or sometimes flash. I have replaced the compressor board. If I remove the 15 amp fuse for a couple hours and replace it will start up again and run another day or two before again returning to ambient temperature. I'm at a loss on what to do.

    Hello. Really struggling with my new fridge that came in my rv. Everchill 12v. It doesn’t cool st all. Already opened a warranty claim and got a new compressor board. But it didn’t fix the issue. The compressor still makes a clicking sound every 2-3 minutes. Any help is really appreciated as this is a pain for our first camping season in our camper

    I feel like the compressor on my 10.7 is getting louder, it's been used Maybe 15 weekend in 4 years. Are there any services issues that could cause this? Or are these things just junk?

    Hello - I am curious- I am following all you have said and I have voltage everywhere you stated I need to have it - did you say that I need to ground out the bottom terminal (T terminal) which is showing 4.78 volts, I believe I stating this by memory. What is my expected result if I should ground the bottom terminal?

    Can you tell us how to check the compressor itself? I know there should be a certain number of ohms between each of the three pins….

    • @wayinterglobal7898
      @wayinterglobal7898  Год назад

      Hello - With the compressor board attached remove the bottom wire from the T terminal and attach a jumper wire to the terminal and then to ground to see if the compressor starts. The resistance between each pin on the compressor itself is .5-.6 ohms.

    My 2019 Everchill 10.7 freezer fan stopped working, thus the coil freeze up all the time. Where can I get that part for model WD-282FWDC

    • @realgagne2956
      @realgagne2956 2 года назад

      Not knowing what the ohms is suppose to be on the motor, but it reads 5.17. In the tiny box at the back inside the freezer where I had to unplug the harness that's about 1/4 inch with 3 pins inside, it wasn't easy to put 2 alligator clips, but it surely didn't read 12 V DC. In this camper it won't be easy to get the fridge out of it's cubby hole that's 2 ft. off the ground. You're saying "board", do you mean control board, cause there's suppose to be 2 boards in here.
