I bought one of these. I made the install area taller reworking the cabinet because it is taller. Now the great mystery is how to mount it the the RV so that it cannot tip and flop out on the floor as you travel down the road. I see zero points to screw it down to any surrounding framing or floor.
So we have this refrigerator but it freezes the milk and sour cream towards the top of the fridge and at the bottom the lunch meat isn’t keeping cool enough. Any suggestions on how to regulate the temperature to make it cooler at the bottom of the fridge?
Hey Nelson, Ian Baker here. I would recommend taking your RV in to get looked at and serviced. If it's brand new it should be covered under warranty. If you are fairly handy and are a Good Sam member, you can also call the Elite Tech Hotline and see if they can walk you through troubleshooting it at home.
Hi Fred! You should be able to reset by pressing and holding the SET button for 10 seconds to get out of diagnostic mode. Hey Tom, Ian Baker here. I don't have one readily available to measure, but according to the owner's manual, the fridge height is 59.73", however the heigh of the opening must be 60.5". I hope this helps! -Ian Baker

You forgot to mention once you turn it off and close the door, if you open the door it will turn back on without pressing button
