My brand new Keystonr 1800BH came with a Furrion LLC / Everchill 3.3 Cu Ft 12 Volt Refrigerator, WS-95RDC Style:2022302371. In 70-80 degrees full leaving space on all shelves for air flow it STRUGGLES to go below 40 on 5, 6, or 7. Items were put in days ago COLD and the unit was running for two days cold. Freeze barely works. Useless.

i have a two year old forest river wolf pup with this same refrigerator. it worked great the first two years. this year iv gone out three times and worked great. last weekend i went out and turned on the battery switch to let the fridge cool down over night before i put food in the next day. not working. red fuse light was on. got new fuse and soon as i touched fuse it blew. pulled fridge out and unhooked the three wires from fridge and checked the wires with a new fuse in. had power to the hot wire so i thought bad block. done a reverse check. unhooked the compressor board from compressor then un hooked all wires to board. unhooked the first circuit board and all wires. unhooked every thing there was to unhook the fridge. i put new fuse in fuse holder. started from there hooking everything backup starting from fuse block. after each hookup i had 13.7 volts coming out of what ever i hooked up. got to the compressor board and when i hooked the positive wire to compressor board it blew the fuse. so i believe the compressor board is bad. went to camper world parts and they finally found one through lippert rv parts for $132 dollars. i asked what it would cost me and they looked for a while and said $350. plus shipping. bullshit where can i buy a board with pout going through a dealer? im not paying them $250 dollars just for ordering that part. any help will be appreciated.

where can you buy the compressor board for this refigerator besides camper world or an rv dealer?

I have one these refrigerators in a 1 yr old Jayco White hawk board went out after 1st trip. I am afraid these Everchill refrigerators may be junk.

You should show how hard these doors have to be slammed shut due to the dual swing latch mechanism. Why is the closing of the door edited out of the video?

Something doesnt seem to add up. Just asking. Stand alone that is a good video on a single dedicated battery, but we dont know what type of battery. If that is the only battery in your camper and its a lead acid,or even 2 leada acids like mine and lead acids can be damaged when taken below 50% charge which is going from 12.6+ to 12.06vbc then your battery or this battery is going to be damaged. The video starts below 12v at about 11.6vdc. Technically your already dead. So on the basis of how long it can run on a stand alone battery that doesnt operate anything else in your RV or start your vehicle this may be true. AGM batteries go down to 11.66 and damaged and LifePo down to 12 and damaged. This is from a chart on a Renogy web page. So how long will it run until stopping on a single stand alone battery, maybe this is good info. Not my scenario.

You don't have to use the aluminum inserts, they are optional, but unlike this video, they are very easy to remove. And they are like 50 cents a piece! 😂 I love how they try and trash blackstone, lol

Excellent video, can you please help with GE appliances refrigerator Model # GPV10FSNBSB 12VDC. It got power (light inside the refrigerator when you open it) but never got cold the temperature inside about 70 F all time. Calling RV dealer for server appointment 3 months and drop off for few days to troubleshot. it not acceptable for me. Hope someone or you can help to troubleshot this issue. Many Thanks

Friend has this frige in her 1 year old camper. It drains fully charged (2) group 27 batts in 2-3hrs in 60deg weather. I haven't got to test any volts or amp draw yet. I was thinking the defrost cycle was killing the batts? Anyway to test when the defrost goes on & off? Thank you for the video.

Now add a fully stocked fridge, that gets opened 20 times a day. Plus this is a battery directly hooked to the fridge. Even with our one 100watt solar panel on the roof, we pretty much kill that battery every night when boondocking. And that’s with running the generator a bit through the day to boost it up. I did the numbers. The fridge draws about 10AH

I absolutely hate this fridge with a passion. I’m about to throw this one in the dumpster at the rv park. It’s gone out twice in less than 4 months. It’s still under warranty but I don’t give a 💩 because I’m taking it out and running an electric fridge.

My fridge doesn’t cool and my freezer works but the fridge doesn’t thanks for this junk.

This is an excellent video on where stuff is and how to get at it on the fridge. My Everchill is the same model. It actually works great for cooling. I have to set it down to 1 in the lower compartment to stay at about 35-40. The question I have is that the compressor seems to be running all of the time. Rarely turns off. I reset the fridge by removing all power for long enough that it defaults back to the 3 setting. That appeared to help but it still runs a lot. Basically, I don't want it to wear out prematurely and don't want excessive draw on my batteries without shore power. Any ideas on why the the compressor is running a lot or is that expected?

Don’t buy this fridge or anything they sell. They’re junk. I’ve been fighting this piece of crap for a year now and it has ruined it’s last camping trip.. I’m hauling all my food home today and shutting this turd down for good. Absolutely pathetic piece of garbage. Do your research before buying anything made by this CHINESE owned parent company. I have a 2022 Forest River Salem FSX Toy Hauler, this past weekend I was camping and my 12V Everchill fridge stopped working. I have power to fridge, fully charged batteries but compressor not working. This is the first time having an issue with it. I run it all spring, summer and early fall until stored for the winter. I enjoyed the fridge until this weekend. I had to throw everything in the fridge out. What are the possibilities that could cause the fridge from getting cooled?

I have a Forest River 2021. My refrigerator is not cooling. Freezer is fine. I already purchased the fan. Not working.. I tried to purchase the thermostat they company said they don't even have it in the list. I've been for 9 months without refrigerator and I live full time in my RV. What can I do.??
