I did not receive instructions on how to connect to my power source. Do I need to purchase my own DC adapter? HELP!

Hello Cindy - Yes you need to supply your own power source.

I'm on warrantied fridge #3. The freezer works fine, but the fridge compartment can't get below 40 on the coldest setting, and the "crisper" stays around 50 degrees. Most of the compartment stays above 42. It's colder at the top. I have had the camper since Feb, but haven't had a reliable fridge.
Mine is installed in a toy hauler. The camper is vented because it's meant to haul gas powered vehicles. The instructions with this fridge advise against storing gas or even "inflammable" liquors close to the fridge. I guess because the refrigerant, although environmentally friendly, is highly flammable. Go figure. I'd rather opt for less explosive, personally.
It also says it should be installed in a home, dorm, etc, and specifically says not to take camping... it's installed in and advertised for campers.
I just texted my dealer about options and put in a request for fridge #4, or a different model if Forest River offers another model of the same size.
I've left it in the cubbyhole, gradually turned the settings to coldest, placed a fridge fan in the compartment, taken the fridge out of the cubby and had air blow over the compressor- no luck. I'm about ready to drill holes from the fridge to the freezer since that's actually below zero. But then that would be it for the warranty. A mod suggestion would be nice though- I just want a fridge that cools consistently throughout the fridge compartment for safe food storage- right?!
And I finally started having the dealer replace the fridge after I left messages in March, 2022, with Interglobal's contact info on the manual and got no response.
It's 2022- it's not like we don't have the technology to fix this, it's that it's 2022 and industry chooses to make things as cheap and as close to unacceptable as possible.

@@wayinterglobal7898 On July 21, per your recommendation, I sent an email to your customer service and have yet to receive a reply.
I made a comment on one of your 12v fridge RUclips videos regarding my experience with the product not cooling to safe food storage levels and the absence of any response from the customer service contacts listed on the product manual.
There was a request from wayinterglobal for me to contact and discuss further.
Currently, I'm continuing the warranty process with Forest River, waiting on the delivery of the 3rd replacement.
The 1st replacement was received damaged according to my local dealership- even though they installed it anyway.
When I discovered the damage, the 2nd replacement did not cool to safe food storage levels in the fridge either.
I am now working directly with Forest River, trying to get a fridge that works since February.
