You definitely raise the bar in each of your video, and this one was Bang On! In most of the videos they usually talk about fancy work out plan, I have never come across anyone who spoke about the most ancient unsung workout like the "Jhadu Pocha". We all know what it is however it was never considered as a workout plan. Kudos to you for being so grounded and modest. You gave some perfect workout goals for a lot of viewers.

You can never disappoint me, can you 😋. Again got a pleasant shock when you not only suggested the jaadu pocha, but actually did it yourself. We have started thinking that once you start earning and reached a certain 'class' we are not meant to do certain chores ourselves, because that's the kind of work maids do. We conveniently forgot that there's no shame in cleaning our own house. We Indians (including me) need to work on this classist mentality of ours. Your two little girls should be proud to have such a lovely role model to look up to 😍.

This is the best video I've ever seen on fitness and trust me I've watched millions.. it didn't made me feel guilty for not going to the gym it didn't made me feel guilty for not doing the strength training and intense workout.. this was so relatable... will definitely start the skipping rope .ps. plz make more such videos. ❤❤❤

I hv early Rheumatoid arthritis and spine issues so all kinds of front bending exercises, skipping, squatting, doing pocha are strict no no for me. So walking the stairs, back bending exercises are a few things I do. But still

I guess it's newly launched because I found no reviews on RUclips when I searched for them.
They are available in only 3 shades.
I tried them out at the store but just couldn't understand which one should be bought because to me they all looked pretty same, maybe the lighting wasn't good.
Also please compare it with Fitme poreless+matte powder foundation!

But I do walk instead of taking auto and rikshaw, takes up stairs instead of lift and escalater,do run somedays 😊

Hi sister I have married we want baby I am suffering from thyroid and pcod i now missed my three month period. I thought that I am pregnant but result was negative this is first time I missed a long time period

While I am no doctor and they can help you best, I can surely tell you that yoga can help immensely to tackle thyroid / pcod etc and give you the foundation of healthy mind and body to conceive. Go to an authentic yoga class with traditional yoga practise pls.
