Hey Danny! So here’s a less dangerous fact too: You can get XP from cooking food/ores in a furnace, and mining Coal or Quartz! (Quartz is found in the Nether only though, so it’s better to stick to the abundance of coal for now.)
some tips for Danny: an axe does more damage than a sword jumping when attacking does more damage you can enchant your fishing rod to get better items not really a tip but your nether spawn is INSANELY lucky to spawn that close to a fortress when you kill a pillager with a banner on its back, that's when you get bad omen, you basically get attacked next time you visit a village you won't just need to kill blazes to beat the game, you'll also need to kill endermen you can craft a bow with sticks and string in the nether there's buildings called bastions. you'll need to wear gold armor there, you can trade with piglins and loot chests hope this helps a little
