I wasn’t a Remco fan myself, but this videos made me realize how a kind person he is both to other competitors but also to other normal people he meets during training. Continue making great videos Remco, appreciate it !
Same. I used to think he was arrogant but my opinion has completely changed of him and he seems like a really cool guy. Especially now he has a RUclips channel. I really enjoy watching him race and seeing his sportsmanship particularly with Wout at Glasgow. He really is a top cyclist.

This is brilliant content. Remco winning over the haters episode by episode. Thanks for sharing the behind the scenes and training! Looking forward to more!
You are so right. I am a huge Quickstep and Remco fan and now through his videos and his Lantern Rouge interview, so many people are getting to see him in a new light.
For me, it's the way Remco flows between several different languages... smart, smart kid.👍👍👍 Plus candid, playful, funny and so willing to explain what he is doing and what for. Great way to make things make sense for new fans as well as veterans of pro cycling.
@@nicholastaylor4437 Belgians being bilingual in Dutch and French by default is a bit of a stretch but it generally does apply to the people from the part of Belgium where Remco grew up (that is, the Flemish corridor around Brussels). However, you won't find many people fluent in Dutch in the deep South nor people fluent in French in the (North-)East. I would even argue that most Flemish people below a certain age (I'd say Gen X and younger) are more fluent in English (and Dutch obviously) and that this is also increasingly the case for Walloons (be it in English and French), although they typically have less of a "need" for English because of the proximity of France and its cultural influence over southern Belgium to this day. The most impressive people to me are actually the German speaking Belgians because a lot of them speak 4 languages to a certain extent.
Remco is a natural in front of the camera with plenty of charisma and humor. This is my new favorite RUclips channel. Please keep the content coming - vamos!!!
Top video. I really like the channel, because it shows the simplicity and hard work of Remco. It has really changed my impression of him. congratulations!!
I must admit that I was never really a Remco fan ....but after watching the last couple of videos,he's really won me over. Seems like a really cool dude ..... Good luck in La Vuelta 👊
Dank u Remco. After 30 years in the USA, watching your races always awakens a certain level of Belgian pride. Your talent is self evident, your personality admirable because of its sincere honesty and directness. Remco for world presidemt!!! Deiremonse groetjes uit Texas.
Remco, this channel is a great idea! For young cyclists it will give a lot of motivation and for older ones like me it gives interesting insights into the life of a professional cyclist. Continue doing that and good luck for Vuelta. I hope you can win it!
Excellent video, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I met Remco last October at the Mussette Cafe in Alacali Spain and have followed him ever since. A tremendous example and ambassador for cycling. On my way there now so hope to see you sometime in the next couple of months. Good luck with the remainder of the Vuelta 👍😊
@mocrisandrei I am going to be honest, I discovered you not a long time ago, I discovered Rob and Arno, and I know you from there. Because of you, I started to like cycling, and today was my first time ever watching a full cycling race, La Vuelta. Congrats on the result!!🙌🙌
What nice young man . So kind and mature. I will follow his career with great interest.with tadej and Jonas in the spotlight as well, and the Manx missile going for another stage win in the 2024 tdf , I can't wait to see the season unfold. I wish they could all win.
Remco, even at your relatively young age you are inspiring other young riders and you certainly inspire me, even at 63. Watching your videos is very interesting, your attitude is inspiring and your team around you likewise, Keep on smashing it Remco and good luck for the rest of the Vuelta..Gary
What an absolute sweetheart! I only started watching cycling at the Giro but kept hearing about Remco Evenepoel and a lot of people saying not nice things. I didn’t really see much of him properly until La Vuelta and right from the start, I liked him. Things didn’t go well from the start and we thought he was justified in being unhappy. Then when he had his bad day, we really felt for him. When he followed it with an amazing performance the next day. I actually stood up and clapped for him, and also cried a bit. From then he sealed our support. Can’t believe people aren’t nice about him. Actually, I can. Some people are miserable. Anyway, he’s just lovely and we’re huge fans in my household
Again another outstanding video. It's so interesting to see the non-race side of pro biking. Remco, G may have the best cycling podcast but after only 2 episodes you have the best RUclips channel! Best of luck in Spain.
Fantastic behind the scenes content Remco. You continue to impressive. Best of luck to you and your team in LaVuelta, it`s gonna be an exciting ride. ¡Vamos!
What an amazing perspective on one part of a champion's life, training for a grand tour. Wow. Andorra must be one of the world's top cycling HQs, and RE does a fantastic job showing it all to us. Already I'm hooked on his channel and can't wait to see more video. So good to know his injuries were only minor following the stage 3 finish mishap after a fantastic win.
Awesome day in the life training and recon video ❤ Seeing riders from other teams having coffee with each other shows that cycling is a sport of passion.
Imagine having this job for a living 👌🏻 P.D congrats on the stage win today and the red jersey. Rough fall there at the end but I don’t doubt you’ll bounce back quick!
You definitely have a new fan here in Canada! The media doesn’t give you enough credit, it’s great to see you take time with your fans. BTW our snooker tables are 6’x12’ 😊
So refreshing to share your training routine and preparation to achieve such big goals.. we are all behind you in Belgium. Go go remco for the rojo jersey ❤
it’s a pleasure to follow riders like Remco; hope his team, and not only this one, will learn to produce stories like this one - in bocca al lupo for la Vuelta

Et puis quand on sait le résultat d'hier, tu as bien fait de faire cette reconnaissance complète! Bravo pour ta victoire, et tiens bon pour la suite! BELGIUM LOVES REMCO!
Remco, thank you for letting us “behind the scenes” of what goes on in your day-to-day training life! Races are fun to watch but I’m always interested in the technical prep that goes into them. Very cool, very approachable, and very likable. :) Keep up the great content and good luck in the Vuelta!
