    (굴 스튜)
    재료;깐굴 400g.베이컨 잘게 썬것1개.버터 1T.
    셀러리 굵게 다진것(1cm)50g.양파 다진것 (1cm)30g.
    소금 후추가루 약간씩.
    다진마늘 1t.밀가루 1T.화이트 와인30ml.우유 1C.생크림 2C.
    맵고 고운 고춧가루(or카이엔페퍼)
    겨자가루 약간씩.다진 파슬리 1T.
    (oyster stew)
    Ingredients: 400g oysters.

    50g coarsely chopped celery (1cm). 30g chopped onion (1cm).

    hot and fine red pepper powder (or cayenne pepper)
