I've tried this several times but as soon as I get it fully stocked there is a glitch and I lose everything. Last time I was coming in for a landing at new Babbage and I crashed to desktop. When I got back in the game my ship was listed as destroyed .
for quantum cancelling like you did above ita, you can just hold b instead of depowering the ship, saves time and keeps your shields up while doing the same thing of skipping flight time :D
Every time I try it, it doesn't work for me. Hasn't for many patches
might be better to toggle engines then, also when you do just make sure you hold b instead of pressing it. Hope it helps and fly safe o7@@OneNutSupreme
It doesn't work if you are too close to your destination where power shut off will.
I want a Vanny just because it looks like a Pelican and has some of the Pelican's capabilities.

Bed logging. You can log out in a bed and when you log back in you should wake up in the same bed

@@OneNutSupreme yeah, I will say man if you and 2 other buddies run a reclaimer and not scrap but just crack several hammerheads you can make upwards of 5 mill an hour
Change your other guns to match the size 5. Get closer before shooting.

Hardly defenseless when your friend dj is with you (we see his marker for most of beginning )and you have another to come too. But OK I see your trying to create content. :-)

Not sure. I dont spend much time in a turret

step one: dont crash and repair. youll get permanently stuck with a half fixed warden, then its gg til you get character reset or patch wipe

Flight mechanics in star citizen are messed up
Ships can do what they want regardless of gravity , atmospheric drag , thruster size , ships slow when thrusters are not applied as if there is resistance nothing space and in atmosphere , little energy consequence for highly energy intensive maneuvers , no g force effect on pilots or crew
There is definitely drag in atmo. Ships don't fly as fast and are harder to turn. Some ships are just better than others in atmo. The vanguard happens to be one of the better ones

Just slowing down a ship in atmosphere does not count as realism to me
They have taken the easy way out , just gimbal reality around your ship and add some thruster effect

At least they could add atmospheric shields so you could project a balanced aerodynamic surface but you should still need to counter gravity or have very high energy expenditure gravity generators to counter act
They seem more like driving a car than a ship
