This is a playthrough of of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories with the One-Hit Knockout (OHKO) mod, which lowers Vic's health to one point and prevents you from restoring your health or wearing body armour. In other words, any damage will kill you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT use save states with this mod because it will cause crash issues (I learned that the hard way during this playthrough).
As discovered later in the playthrough, if you continue to experience crashes when not using save states, turn the cheats off. The only downside is, you'll need to turn the cheats on and off again each time you die, get busted or reload your save.
Is there one for Liberty City Stories? Also, is there any reason as to why the game crashes when you try to use save states?
@@ultimatecontagion There is an OHKO mod for LCS, but it's for Re: LCS, an unofficial PC port of the game. As for the game crashes, I have no idea why they happen when using save states.

Sorry for the crashes related to the save states, should have specified that in the readme.
I did all the missions (except the 2 final ones) and I can guarantee all of them work (without savestates).

The most underrated GTA.
I think LCS is more underrated than VCS honestly.
And imo the best GTA from the series, because of i.e. The Wave 103 and In The Air Tonight mission
Having been in Florida during Hurricane Irama in 2017, I can safely say that hurricanes down there are no joke...much bigger than those gale force winds I remember being in the UK

Also I don't mind if you play GTA V, I will still watch your content and all! ♥ Personally for me though... ehhhh I don't know. Maybe I am a bit biased against it, GTA V doesn't give a lot of freedom on how you can do missions. (I am not talking about the gold medal objectives, just about the missions themselves.)
To be honest, given that there seems to be far more people here who want to see a GTA 4 playthrough from me, compared to people wanting to see a GTA 5 playthrough, you're probably not the only one who feels that way.

This is the GTA game I've played the most and for the longest since 2007, and my only thought was ARE YOU INSANE MAN??? and yes you are, you're crazy for games :) I've muscle memory the health and armor cheats cause of how hard this game is and only till adulthood been able to beat it without cheats.

Stu i think this will be the best playthrough actually it's not excepted by me (i am shocked and speechless to know this maybe be a GTA VCS OHKO 100% it's a dream come try). I haven't not see on YT that type of playthrough at all. And now my favorite RUclipsr is completing. Wish you luck man!
P.S 1 Hour of unbelievable fun time VCS is my favorite game (i completed 97% of the game until my gamepad broke sadly). About GTA LCS i complete at 100% on an PCSX2 Emulator.

VCS is imo harder than most GTA titles, and surely tougher than SA. It will be a challenge as well.
Id love to see a mod restoring the business thing into San Andreas. Its one of the Best things to do in this game.

I think the turn on turn in bug out mission will be a hell of a mission too. The FBI agents do not show any mercy in this game, especially the roadblocks.
Not if I use a helicopter. ;)
@@Crazy4Games you still need to get rid of the wanted level stars, but i think its easier now so good luck, and don't let the fbi roadblocks bite until next playthrough
My plan is, use the helicopter to collect some police bribes, then use the spray shop to fully clear my wanted level.

I have a strategy for that one. Once you're near the mansion, you can actually get a helicopter and fly to the back of the mansion. There are no guards at the back. To make the boss fight much easier once inside, I can use the minigun.

Can said 50/50 beat the game, some mission become hard and very dangerous especially the empire mission, the thug that try to hunt down victor when the empire site is taken by player, and highly fire rate weapon that can player any second

I did a 100% playthrough of this game myself not too long ago, and taking over all the sites was a massive pain because of that, until I saw that trick, which did help. It was on the PS2 version (via PCSX2) though, so I'm not sure if it's the same on the PSP version.
