Hey guys, in this video, I'm going to be reviewing the 2023 Sunday Darkwave BMX bike. This high-end model is designed specifically for taller street riders, and it definitely lives up to the hype. Throughout the video, I'll be discussing the bike's standout features, including the customizable aftermarket components, four pegs, and Odyssey Clutch V2 free coaster. I'll also talk about the unique left- and right-hand drive options, which allow for more versatility in riding style.
Bought it on Friday, should be coming this week. Stoked. I'm a 6ft2 rider, first time freecoaster bike. Just gotta wait till this canada winter f's off
I've had a few good rides in it now, I'm 6ft2 and the 21.25 tt is a great fit. Bike is super solid and geometry is really good. The brown is a little darker in person but I like it
I think you're gauge on sizing is a little off, 21" TT should be comfortable for the majority of riders from 5'9-6'0, 120-190 lbs. Given the range of frame sizes a 21 going to feel very tight to someone over 6'1 with average stature compared to a 21.25''. I know its pretty subjective but if you're making suggestions than I just want to put this out there. I'm 5'10 160 lbs and rode a 20.75 for a long time. I took a 3 year hiatus from BMX but actually just ordered this bike in 21 since it's such a good deal for the quality of bike and i'm used to riding around your level.

I’m like 5,10 5,11 got mine last march the red one in 21.25 it feel awesome to me I might at some point downgrade to a 21 when another cool color comes out the stand over height 9.25 feels 👌 along with the 9.8 rise bars I really like the tubing on them and yeah I approve

Does this one have the same warranty as the sound wave? I zoned out but that's what I initially was looking for. He's right about the color though, awful.
It does not :( the sound wave has a lifetime warranty on the frame, forks, bars, and cranks. The dark wave has a lifetime warranty on the forks and bars only
@@Dougsterbob thanks dude! I'm probably gonna wait until next years model to get a soundwave, I have a two year old forecaster park to ride for now which is fine for my level they're all very nice though
