Just started this exercise, its very hard, i can feel the strain and burn in my muscles upon the finish line i was a sweaty mess, i will continue this everyday till the entire massive fat on my legs and butt is gone it seems like a promising workout but i would like a reccomendation on what foods to eat for my diet
You can start by avoiding fried food/junk food and sugary foods and drinks. Once you are able to stay to this rule for 2 - 3 weeks while performing this workout, you will definitely see changes in your body!

I have started on 15/10/2023 Day 1 : too much sweaty, I couldn't do excercise after this. Day 2: too much sweaty Day 3 : sweat have reduced , I am feeling that I can do more excercise Day 4 : same as day 3 but the exercise were easy to do Day 5 : I slept off , doing double the next day : sweaty is reduced and feeling can do more and more excercise

I'm 16 and i'm tired of having fat thighs and butt, so i'll do this excercise everyday twice for 1-2 months. I will update so don't worry What I'm going to do: 1- Diet and only eat once everyday (meal with protein) 2- Drink alot of water 3- Do cardio (20 min of jump rope 10min in the morning and 10min in the middle of the day) Current weight and height: 170cm and 56kg Day 1 (july 9 2024): i ate one meal that consists of mashed potatoes and steak and did this workout along with another workout from the same channel. I do so many kinds of video a day and trust me if you trying to get your body good looking just don't stop and do not sit down for more then 30 minutes if your siting all day your butt will become a pancake and get up and do something ever 30 minutes, I have been trying to get my body shape good and it is working you just have to do the same thing over and over again untill you feel like you got the shape you wanted. Whenever I restart exercising my thighs/hamstrings hurt like shittt, I just walk uphill a treadmill for the week my legs are arching then the next week I can do most lower body exercises without my body dying, it’s acc effective for me so you can try it, also sleeping for 8-9hours helps me recover faster

I’m hella insecure about my legs so I’ll be starting this journey, I will update as well. I will be dieting at least 1 gallon of water, no added sugar, and do this 2 times a day. Day 1: Did one in the morning, and just finished up one at night. Sadly I didn’t get to my 1 gallon of water goal. Just a tip tho but when you’re doing split squats let your left leg take a brake for 20 second cuz instead you’ll only feel the burn in the left when you’re on the right one

Just started this exercise, its very hard, i can feel the strain and burn in my muscles upon the finish line i was a sweaty mess, i will continue this everyday till the entire massive fat on my legs and butt is gone it seems like a promising workout but i would like a reccomendation on what foods to eat for my diet
You can start by avoiding fried food/junk food and sugary foods and drinks. Once you are able to stay to this rule for 2 - 3 weeks while performing this workout, you will definitely see changes in your body!

What I'm going to do:
1- Diet and only eat once everyday (meal with protein)
2- Drink alot of water
3- Do cardio (20 min of jump rope 10min in the morning and 10min in the middle of the day)

I do so many kinds of video a day and trust me if you trying to get your body good looking just don't stop and do not sit down for more then 30 minutes if your siting all day your butt will become a pancake and get up and do something ever 30 minutes, I have been trying to get my body shape good and it is working you just have to do the same thing over and over again untill you feel like you got the shape you wanted. Whenever I restart exercising my thighs/hamstrings hurt like shittt, I just walk uphill a treadmill for the week my legs are arching then the next week I can do most lower body exercises without my body dying, it’s acc effective for me so you can try it, also sleeping for 8-9hours helps me recover faster

I’m hella insecure about my legs so I’ll be starting this journey, I will update as well.
I will be dieting at least 1 gallon of water, no added sugar, and do this 2 times a day.
Day 1: Did one in the morning, and just finished up one at night. Sadly I didn’t get to my 1 gallon of water goal.

@@mdmobashiralam2654 it's my day 2 am doing it bro still early for result. But if u keep doing it every day n eat once or twice breakfast n lunch then drink a lot of water without eating dinner. U will see a big result. Take ur self out of comfort zone n do it every day. Gd luck bro..

Did it everyday for one week, almost no difference, but that makes sence.
Day 1: i did the workout and now i can’t move my legs😂😂 I couldn’t do the tip toe squats right. Anyway I will keep updating my performance for you guys👍🏻
Day 2:i did the workout and my muscles are burning 🔥 I think it’s working guys. I did the toe squats today it was easier on the wall
Day 3 :ramadan just started so i took the day off
Day 4:DONE i did the workout today and it was much easier my legs feel very flexible
Day 5: DONE i did it today it’s getting easier 👍🏻
Day6 : DONE I did the workout
Day 7 I didn’t do it today i had guests in my house
Day8: DONE i did the workout i lost 1 cm😆
