    Imma do this everyday for a month and im a 12 year old boy and really insecure about my thigh size. (And ill be on a diet to)
    Day 1: Legs are a little sore and felt the burn of these exercises
    Day 2: Everything going great and im doing 1 rep of each in the morning afternoon and at night
    Day 3: everythings going well
    Day 4: looks a little slimmer
    Day 5: all good
    Day 6: all good
    Day 7: look a little slimmer lets go
    Day 8: good
    day 9: actually looks slimmer
    Day 10: good
    Day 11: good
    Day 12: definitely slimmer
    Day 13: good
    Day 14: all good
    Day 15: i know i said i would do 30 but my legs lost like 40% inner fat and i dont want them to thin so if you want to lose thigh fat you should definitely do this video everday

    Today is my first day of doing these exercises. It has been hurting my legs a little bit.
    My 4th day- legs are paining and not found the results properly.
    I dont know how many days have passed but my trouser has become loose at my thighs😀

      @wo-rd now what your butt has is fat and not muscle. These exercises decrease the fat in all of your body. But if you're worried about having a big butt you can avoid glute exercises.

    Just started this exercise, its very hard, i can feel the strain and burn in my muscles upon the finish line i was a sweaty mess, i will continue this everyday till the entire massive fat on my legs and butt is gone it seems like a promising workout but i would like a reccomendation on what foods to eat for my diet

      You can start by avoiding fried food/junk food and sugary foods and drinks. Once you are able to stay to this rule for 2 - 3 weeks while performing this workout, you will definitely see changes in your body!

    I have started on 15/10/2023
    Day 1 : too much sweaty, I couldn't do excercise after this.
    Day 2: too much sweaty
    Day 3 : sweat have reduced , I am feeling that I can do more excercise
    Day 4 : same as day 3 but the exercise were easy to do
    Day 5 : I slept off , doing double the next day : sweaty is reduced and feeling can do more and more excercise

    I'm 16 and i'm tired of having fat thighs and butt, so i'll do this excercise everyday twice for 1-2 months. I will update so don't worry
    What I'm going to do:
    1- Diet and only eat once everyday (meal with protein)
    2- Drink alot of water
    3- Do cardio (20 min of jump rope 10min in the morning and 10min in the middle of the day)
    Current weight and height: 170cm and 56kg
    Day 1 (july 9 2024): i ate one meal that consists of mashed potatoes and steak and did this workout along with another workout from the same channel. I feel the burn and the squats will make my butt look good after i lose weight

    I do so many kinds of video a day and trust me if you trying to get your body good looking just don't stop and do not sit down for more then 30 minutes if your siting all day your butt will become a pancake and get up and do something ever 30 minutes, I have been trying to get my body shape good and it is working you just have to do the same thing over and over again untill you feel like you got the shape you wanted. This video is one of top rated for me. *worked*

      Day 4: I continued the 20 min and my thighs are very sore, but the part of my thigh that’s very sore is the inside (keep in mind that’s were you really wanna lose the weight in your thighs at) And I noticed that the inner thigh leg lifts and the leg circles work the most, so far from vigorously workout I’ve lost 3 pound in thighs and but

    I’ve always been insecure about my body ever since I was 7 because people at my school kept making fun of of me for having ‘thick legs’ and god knows what will happen at my high school (I go in a month) I will edit regularly
    Update: It’s going very well my family has noticed my weight loss, and completed me about it I will update soon.

      Whenever I restart exercising my thighs/hamstrings hurt like shittt, I just walk uphill a treadmill for the week my legs are arching then the next week I can do most lower body exercises without my body dying, it’s acc effective for me so you can try it, also sleeping for 8-9hours helps me recover faster

    I’m about to start this workout everyday for 1 month and will provide updates! Note I’ve been doing 2 sets of this workout after my basketball training and I’m only eating salads so hopefully I get the results I want in 1 month or so.

    I’m hella insecure about my legs so I’ll be starting this journey, I will update as well.
    I will be dieting at least 1 gallon of water, no added sugar, and do this 2 times a day.
    Day 1: Did one in the morning, and just finished up one at night. Sadly I didn’t get to my 1 gallon of water goal.
    Day 2: today I didn’t do as well, I didn’t wake up early enough so I was only able to do one in the night. I was close to finishing my water goal either, we will try again tomorrow!!!
    Day 3:I just finished my night workout, I didn’t better than yesterday water wise. I like where this is going!!!!
    Day 4: I’m done with tonights workout. it’s like the longer I keep doing this, the harder it is to stop. I can’t wait to see results
    Day 5:Just finished today’s workout, and I’m enjoying pushing myself like this. I hope this will help me be the best version of me.
    Day 6(Sunday): Today is the day of rest.

    I’m going to start doing this. My clothes don’t fit me and my family looks at me some type of way. School is starting in a bit so I need to be prepared. I’m 12 Btw. I’ll do this for a good while and I’ll try and keep y’all updated. Rn I weigh around 150 but my dad was a bit over 6ft at his peak so I won’t really stress on weight by I’ll probably thin out over the coming year. Gimme some motivation y’all.     Just a tip tho but when you’re doing split squats let your left leg take a brake for 20 second cuz instead you’ll only feel the burn in the left when you’re on the right one

    I'm 12 and insecure about my body, sometimes I don't even wear shorts because I don't like the way my legs are. I am going to start this today and do it 2 times every day for 2 weeks. Will try to update every few days.

    It's mid night and i am gonna start working out for next 1 month .

      @@mdmobashiralam2654 it's my day 2 am doing it bro still early for result. But if u keep doing it every day n eat once or twice breakfast n lunch then drink a lot of water without eating dinner. U will see a big result. Take ur self out of comfort zone n do it every day. Gd luck bro..

    Day 1: i did the workout and now i can’t move my legs😂😂 I couldn’t do the tip toe squats right. Anyway I will keep updating my performance for you guys👍🏻
    Day 2:i did the workout and my muscles are burning 🔥 I think it’s working guys. I did the toe squats today it was easier on the wall
    Day 3 :ramadan just started so i took the day off
    Day 4:DONE i did the workout today and it was much easier my legs feel very flexible
    Day 5: DONE i did it today it’s getting easier 👍🏻
    Day6 : DONE I did the workout
    Day 7 I didn’t do it today i had guests in my house
    Day8: DONE i did the workout i lost 1 cm😆
