I also did 1000 skipping + 20 squats ...Enjoyed doing it✨ Day 2✅ today I didn't sweat like yesterday! + 500 skipping + did one more set from another video Day 3✅ I had sore legs however I still completed this work-out. Today I am feeling better, seems like my body is slowly and gradually reducing fats. It's very slow process however I will complete this workout for the stipulated time! See you tomorrow☺️ Day 4✅ it was much much easier today! Day 5✅ no sweating today may be caz I am doing the workout in morning. Day 6✅ it's getting easier! I’m a guy, I’ve started this workout 2 months ago and went from a 52 inch butt size-31 inch waist, to a 43 inch but size- 28 inch waist, thank you very much. I couldn’t wear any jeans without them being really tight around my thighs and butt, I can wear them more comfortably now. I don’t get catcalled about my butt as often anymore and I don’t look as feminine. I can now sit in chairs and walk around without my butt being slapped by others, thanks again
@Ty gotbandz I understand, but for me, I’ve been this way since I was a kid, maybe it’s my genetics that made my body this way but I think it’s the food you ate that made everything go to your thighs and glutes

I Just Started in the workout challenge So Please keep liking to help me remind Day 1: Had a lot pain while performing the hyrdrants and I sweat a lot (will Just Perform a set cause busy with school days and works) Day 2: it was a bit challenging for the lifts since I had a bit of cardio session before But it's ok now also the pain was less

if you guys are asking if this helps. anything and everything that makes u sweat will help. don’t focus on just one part of you’re body. do full body exercises and cut calories by 500 or 1k depending on how much you eat. and it’ll work
i use to be super skinny. gained about 60 pounds. started working out and was looking better within a month. then i got sick and quit. gained about another 20 pounds. i look fat. i cut my cals from atleast 3k to 1,700 a day. eating healthier and taking supplements for vitamins. imma stick with it this time

Started this yesterday Reminder guys that a lot of your results depend on your diet as well. Ofc you can still eat unhealthy and workout and feel better just because you’re working out but don’t expect to get that drastic of results if you’re eating poorly. Besides that it’s a great night workout routine to add to my day workout routine. Feeling the burn!! :)

I'm very insecure about my body shape , upper body is kinda fit with decent amount of muscles , lower body is weak and stores fat , fat butt fat thighs, been missing on a lot of dating chances , avoiding girls, avoiding swimming, can't even wear what i like to, today I'm putting my foot down , I'm going to do those exercises every single day , follow a strict diet, build my upper body muscles, and i will update this comment every day, let's all be consistent and motivated, it's time we deal with what's holding us back . Update: Day 1: went for a 20 minutes run to warm up, got back and finished training. Feeling good mentally. Slept well . Day 2: pain everywhere, but understandable . Will do some random exercises, warm up, biceps, back , stretching hip flexors to fix APT , and abs crunches . * decided to reduce carbs gradually, also only 2 meals a day .

I’m unhappy with my physique and I want to change it for the better. I’ll edit this comment every day to hold myself accountable and keep track of my progress. Yo Seen a lot of people quit so: Starting at 68.2 kilograms, male. Looking to go down to 60 kg and build muscle from that point. I'm 169 cm tall. [Day 1]: Broke a sweat. Feeling a little sore, but nothing too extraordinar [Day 2]: Same as before, noticed some veins on my legs, sign of unhealthiness dissappear a little.
This was super easy on the first time doing it. Staying hopeful for it, going to memorize it then bump it up to 2-3 minutes per round to maximize benefits. Thank you for this. Fingers crossed it works

This workout is legit so awesome. I did this for 35 days and the results were so insane my waist got 30 from 36 and everyone started asking how I did that in such time. It has got my butt side fat inner thighs waist fat decreased along this I was doing others workouts as well

I'm very insecure about my body shape , upper body is kinda fit with decent amount of muscles , lower body is weak and stores fat , fat butt fat thighs, been missing on a lot of dating chances , avoiding girls, avoiding swimming, can't even wear what i like to, today I'm putting my foot down , I'm going to do those exercises every single day , follow a strict diet, build my upper body muscles, and i will update this comment every day, let's all be consistent and motivated, it's time we deal with what's holding us back .
Update:
Day 1: went for a 20 minutes run to warm up, got back and finished training. Feeling good mentally. Slept well .
Day 2: pain everywhere, but understandable . Will do some random exercises, warm up, biceps, back , stretching hip flexors to fix APT , and abs crunches .
* decided to reduce carbs gradually, also only 2 meals a day .

I’m unhappy with my physique and I want to change it for the better. I’ll edit this comment every day to hold myself accountable and keep track of my progress. I’ll measure every week or so to check my progress. I don’t have unrealistic standards and I know it’ll take at least one or two months if I’m training my hardest, but I will get rid of all this unnecessary fat one way or another.

This workout is legit so awesome. I did this for 35 days and the results were so insane my waist got 30 from 36 and everyone started asking how I did that in such time. It has got my butt side fat inner thighs waist fat decreased along this I was doing others workouts as well

Day 1 - Did it, was sweating okay enough. In the end, my thighs and legs were sore.
Day 2- similar results to day one, but it felt slightly easier.

Day 5- Thighs have definitely slimmed down a little, going to keep going. The workout was tough but with some music, I managed.
