The rest of the twelve Zoalords appear on top of Mt. Minakami. Guyot is using his Black Hole attack against Archanfel and is able to get him sucked in. Balcus helps Guyot seal the rift so Archanfel can't escape. With no one to stop him, Guyot obtains the remover and uses it on Agito, almost removing the Guyver unit from him. Murakami then faces Guyot, but Chief Odagiri attempts to save Murakami which gets him killed, enraging Murakami. Guyot and Murakami begin to clash with one another and begin their battle.

I have to say Guyot, despite being an antagonist, is a very remarkable character, especially when he said something like he had no future as long as Archanfel was in the picture.
But I feel that Archenfel is the real hero of the series and if author ever writes again I want to see Archenfel get the guyver unit.

Haven’t seen guyver in 20 years
The voice actor for Guyot in the original Guyver OVA had a better voice actor which fit the look of the character in my opinion.
Guyver OVA is better in every way. This adaptation is an utter cringe and the voice acting is terrible.
Bill Wise’s performance sounds like Richard Lynch pitched up. The OVA’s voice actor was pitched down and reverberated the whole time. In constraint, OVA Sho’s voice was three recordings: normal, high and low pitch played simultaneously added in post production.
I’m not gonna act like she is one of my top favorite female characters, high honorable mentions at most but even still. Consider what era she is just barely trying to adjust to.
Everyone has a varying aspect of when they take it in.
She lived a normal peaceful life only for it to be snuffed out by being kidnapped by hellish bio-terror beasts and that these are the only family and friends she has and how much it would break her to no return if she were to lose them all. She was already broken down enough to hear that they are all extremely distant descendants of Zoanoids and finding out that they were ultimately just meant to be “tools for war” and even when she said that she felt ready to try to pull her own weight and help support, there was still the lingering sense, to me at least, that because she is still trying to adjust she still has the fragile emotions regarding her loved ones.
She at one point went a whole year until she finally broke down feeling like she was coming to grips that Sho was dead.
Having said all of that, I can understand how her complaining can get under people’s skin especially how it’s conveyed.
Well stated. I mentioned the same things basically about 5 episodes ago. While a little whinny, its _not_ unreasonable for a regular, untrained, unprepared, unskilled teenager to have a little PTSD from being kidnapped, seeing a lot of death, being on the run while hunted, losing their family, or constantly being in a combat situation, *let alone* to find out aliens are real and people are being made into literal monsters. Yeah, Mizuki needs to bick up, but she doesn't deserve *all* that hate.

Makishima could've used the pressure cannon or head beam to disarm Guyot, but noooo.
And the others they were trying to keep safe could've gotten to safety instead of chillin in the danger zone

10 minutes the group stood there watching instead of going into the ship honestly no wonder they are always being kidnapped or almost killed they don't know how to run away. As for guyver 2 despite having powers almost equal to guyot stood there and did nothing while he was battling the beast-master he could have at least shot once in the back. Not to mention guyver 1 having control of a vastly powerful alien ship watching on as well.
Guyot displayed that even without his gravity orbs he still had more than enough power to kill them, they likely took it as a scenario of “one false move and he’ll kill us” type of scenario and Murakami was literally their only hope of defeating him at the time but with his ability to subdue his transformation and the fact that it took a fatal blow to an ally to bypass the effects of the crystal, they wouldn’t have been able to pass Guyot at the time.
At least thats what I got out of it.

Guyver unit remover can fly and hack open steel doors on it's own. Gyot should have ordered it earlier to just sneak into sho's bedroom and remove the guyver unit.
They mention in a previous episode that the unit remover only activated when the alien derelict ship booted up.
Sooooo...this ship has acid layers, doors or requirement, and organic thermonuclear reactors, but *_no external weapons_* which Sho could use to, I don't know, _immobilize_ Guyot for a bit so Agito could take him out? We *saw* him get staggered by the Relic *resonating with his Crystal* not _three episodes ago!_ WHY couldn't they use _that_ to just give Makishima *6 seconds* to charge the Mega Smasher to destroy him _and_ the remover? *End of threat!*
@Shane Douglas One writer; this was based off of the manga by Yoshiki Takaya. He gave so much detail to _everything else,_ though that not even having ONE bio weapon for the main craft seems like a pretty *BIG* design flaw!

So why didn't Guyot try retrieving Inspector Lisker Guyver 2 unit, instead of going through this elaborate plan to remove guyver 3 from Makishima?
Lisker's unit has a damaged control medal, which makes his bio booster unit unstable.

Exactly. Guyver OVA will always have a special place in my heart. I was genuinely so disappointed when I first realised it ended at episode 12.
@@SaosinComeClosethe Guyver manga and Guyver ova are good but not the Guyver 2005 the remake is pure cringe and they monologue way to much.
@@jamespaguip5913 Yup, the 2005 version is just awful. The voice acting is terrible and the whole thing is cringe. The OVA is full of grit, passion and pain which they completely failed to capture in the reboot.
