Murakami and Zoalord Guyot go at it. It seems that Murakami was able to inflict a deal of damage on Guyot, but wasn't enough to finish him. Guyot grabs a now powerless Murakami, beating him and then tearing his arm out, killing him. Sho leaves the relic to face Guyot, but is interrupted by the Zoalord council. Archanfel returns and deals with Guyot personally. Both Guyver I and Guyver III attempt to fight against Archanfel with their mega-smashers, but proves no match against Archanfel's power.

Archanfel, such a mysterious character! Reading the Manga you can’t help but feel sorry for him due to the way he was treated by the creators, he also is the “hero” by saving the earth from destruction after the creators left. It would be a shame to see a character like him die, but... I wish this series would come back.
True. Archanfel might have a good intention (to revenge on the creators). But as someone living in a communist country, I would still choose to fight against him if I was in the same position as Sho.
I just want Archy boi to get one of the bio-boosted armor and repair the damage he has taken... he will be unstoppable force!

In the latest chapters Archanfel is currently living on the ancient island with Tetsuro and Mizuki for some reason. He seems to have de-aged to a teenager and can no longer speak english/japanese. He seems to know Apollon and much of his energy seems to have returned.
I believe Apollon is killing the Zoalords and giving him back their crystals to help him recover as when Dr. Balcus saw him again he was surprised at how much energy he had even though his latest sleep in his recovery chamber was extremely short, only a few weeks.
I believe this is happening on Archanfel's orders as Apollon says that they do not have much time left, I think the Advents are returning soon and Archanfel is trying to get in shape to defend the Earth from them, this could have been Cronos's main goal since the start, get humanity ready to protect itself from the Advents return as they tried to destroy it before.

So far, Sho has been run through the chest by Enzyme’s tail, had his control medal ripped from his brain, been dissolved by acid, had his brain destroyed by his brainwashed and mutated father, and has been disintegrated by his own mega smasher beam…..damn. His capacity for dealing with pain should be off the charts.

archanfel is so power mega smasher reverse to guyver no effect with that power archanfel posess how can a guyver defeat that well guess because they are the good guys hahaha and good guys always getting million times stronger and win specially remebering their love interest thats how a cartoons go

Sho’s too much of a bleeding heart to have let that happen. It’s one of the main reasons that Chronos went after Sho to try and reacquire a Guyver unit….he’s an all around softer target than Agito/Guyver III….Sho’s a weaker fighter, more emotional, and more people he’s close to/cares about that can be leveraged against him.
Why didn't sho just use the relic to tear guyot apart or even if he did bring him into the relic guyot stated that his right arm wasn't working, the arm which the remover was equipped to lol

Has anybody thought Murakami will still live with ghuyot stone? Arkenfel had a look like he needs another zorlond.
murakami is revived later on but becomes a chronos puppet again, he fights Sho but sho refuses to fight as he still sees him as a friend, so in his place Makishima in Guyver 3 uses the chrysalis to become Gigantic Dark and battle murakami

Clippa caddy Murakami escapes but is wounded. He is usually with Archanfel afterwards, but... the betrayal within Cronos happens with 3 members, not to mention a new villain that is called Apollon. He is collecting Zoa Crystals.

Spoiler. With Guyot's crystal, Masaki Murakami is upgraded from Proto-Zoalord to a full Zoalord becoming Imakarum Mirralabus (I think I spelled it correctly). Afterwards, his loyalty sides with Chronos and seemingly has no memories of his former self.

This Guyver series just doesn't hit like the original. I don't know what it is about modern anime but the dubbed voicing lacks emotion, the soundtrack is flat, and the way it is written is like everything is being explained to a baby which is at odds when they try to add swear words. Not to mention the violence is toned down too. I also feel like modern anime puts cell shading above visual detail too.
