Love the Carolee pearl necklace, and the bone necklaces. Love the coats and turtle neck. The black chiffon blouse was lovely. I could see you wearing with a brooch. Thanks for this video.
Just watched a second time. I made the same "Now I lay me...." for my daughter's room in 1970. Love everything you found last month. Enjoy your new clothes.
The boiler suit? love, Love, love!!! My mummy worked as a nurse in South Africa in the 50s and i still have her suede box jacket, that she bought around that time. it's lined in silk. which i wore all through the 80s That jacket reminded me. I'm going to send you a photo as it's beautiful and worth seeing. Great video Dawn 🌟 as always! 🤗 💜✌️
Thanks for sharing all your good tastes. I loved the gem globe in lapis. I have my mothers gem globe in dark pink MOP oceans. But love the stand the lapis was on. I have found good vintage clothes to wear also and love as much as my jewelry 😊
Did you sell the beautiful navajo bonnes bracelet ? Thank you for sharing your knowledge so exciting to learn along. My mother had one of the first second hand store in my town I loved it. Thank you
I love your channel, made me go through my Mom's costume jewelry, used your tips!!! I was amazed how much I learned from you!!! I look every day to see the latest of your thriving!!! Makes my day!! Thanks!!!!
Made in England light candles el leather jacket is always in sty.e as well as the beautifully patina suede jacket. The patina suede blazer jacket looks fantastic on you. Wear the vest and jacket, etc with all white, black, blues, or camouflage green tops and bottoms. It will look great with everything.
Omg !!! I have a red leather blazer like the one you pulled off the front of the pink one! Mine is Ralph Lauren and even though it’s 80’s I can’t stand to part with it! I’ve been watching you for a long time but I’ve had to buy 2 new iPads in the last couple of months and had major problems getting logged back on so I’ve just had to watch only unable to subscribe or comment until now. I love your videos and I have learned a ton since watching you! I’ve told several friends!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
Hi Dawn, I've been watching your channel for about a month or two. Do you do this full time? Does the reselling cover your bills? Sorry if that sounds too personal but I'm curious, because I've often thought about doing this part time or even full time.
56:23 very Beatles mod! 1:00:49 1:00:56 that vase just to the left of the one you grabbed is antique 19-teens or 20s Imperial carnival glass worth $30-40. Fun shopalong! Thank you for sharing!
I thought the very first part of the video on the very lower left earring rack the 3-tier earring I thought were Swarovski crystal? But you looked right at them and no’d them. I really have no clue. I love the little beaded earrings that were a no also. Butterfly cup amazing.
Loved watching this compilation. Do you have a favourite store close to manhattan? I’m going to be there in November. AND, is that velvet scarf an auction item? Love it!
It’s only the designer look a likes that have plastic on the handles, other legit brands put plastic on their handles, such as the lands end you found. Love your videos ❤
That comment was totally confusing lol, I meant the purses you see with the plastic on the handles, if they are a designer brand it’s always a knock off as you already know, but other brands like lands end etc do put plastic on theirs too. ❤
I wanted to let you know that picture that you’re calling a painting with the bird in it is called tinsel art it was real back in the I think the 20s or 30s when they did those
It's a mayonnaise set - Victorians loved their mayo. And by the way that's a peplum on the back of the pink jacket - not a corset. So funny about the coat you donated - why did you let it go - it's gorgeous.
Umm...the peachy-pink necklace that you looked at briefly with the "hand knotted" necklace tag at the Habitat thrift store? I think that it was angel skin coral, which can feel like plastic due to its light weight. The "hand knotted" tag was a hint along with the unique color. If it is angel skin coral, it's quite a find because angel skin coral can no longer be harvested which has increased its value greatly.
I tried to stop the video to see if the orange heshi type necklace on the left of the plastic(? )Angel Skin Coral(?) necklace might be spiny oyster??? Thought it might be part of the Native American collection???
This reminds me how annoyed I am with Goodwill. They funnel all jewelry and 80% of the handbags they get (all but the cheapest) to their online auction house. And they’ve cornered the market for thrifting in my area of the state so I seldom if ever get to visit thrift stores like this.
Ok, I can’t stop laughing. At 46:17 there’s an older gentleman scratching his head and looking quite concerned that your talking to your imaginary friends. LMAO!!! Poor guy, I hope he realizes it’s for RUclips.
Why not get the real fur vest? It’s not a new item so I think that’s okay imo, plus you buy real leather purses , shoes etc, no difference really. I used to be like nope not buying a real fur but I will on,y buy it if it’s used and not new. That’s okay right? ❤ 😊 beautiful items you found! Love the purses you found! ❤
A lot of feathers are illegal to have. An old law to protect birds from poaching. I hope you kept the feather. Some birds are extinct because in early American history people ate a lot of birds as delicacies to their extinction. Very sad.
Love the Carolee pearl necklace, and the bone necklaces. Love the coats and turtle neck. The black chiffon blouse was lovely. I could see you wearing with a brooch. Thanks for this video.

Feather is a sign from heaven! Your mom's blessing perhaps. That is cool. Thanks for your videos. I love to watch them.
I'm laughing so hard, "Let's feast our eyes on this.." (80's mutton sleeved dress)

I have never forgotten the Picasso print that I asked to purchase.
OK Nansy I will get a quote to ship at some point soon :)
The small beige stone with the indent in it is a worry stone. You rub your thumb in the center and I guess it calms you down. Popular in the ‘80’s.
I need that in my life!😢
Thanks for watching and commenting @debrabollas9982!
Shin - wah- ser - ee. Such a beautiful word. Loving that black silk velvet shawl.

I would love to know how you knew the difference between the glass and crystal in the necklace.🧐. Thank you.
I'll try to figure out how to explain it
Hello Dawn, is your favorite color Purple by chance. It’s mine along with Black of course…

So cool you found that Picasso litho! That antique diving helmet is so wild. Just goes to show anything can show up at your local thrift!
They probably just put that stuff in with the regular glass

HI! ❤️
How do you tell Glass from Crystal?
Still new to you. What does it mean "under the video" ? Was interested in the mito mesh leather loveliness ❤
There are links under there~ or even a tab in the video now, so you can just click and buy it
The bird picture in frame. What kind of art is that to be so vivid?
The bird art is reverse glass painting. Yes it's beautiful
I would have gotten the vintage child's stitchery so cure
That was ca fidget stone made of onyx!
Wow!
How can you tell the crystal versus glass necklace?
different ways
LOL. People are donating used underwear 28:30, that black marble is nice.
