That was fun! Wow that store was filled! I'm learning about jewelry from you thank you!
And I'm learning about glass and "things" of all kinds from you! 😀🙏
I started watching Dawn because she is knowledgeable. Now I know that she is also compassionate and genuine! I live in Allen Texas. She texted to check on me after the mass shooting at Allen Premium Outlet mall.
Oh wow that is nice to hear
It is safe to say that we can all empathize with you and your community ~ I hope you all get trough this and are OK
Many yrs ago I bought and sold jewelry. You are taking me down memory lane. Love to see you get so excited. I kept a lot of stuff FOR MY OWN collection. I called them my KEEPERS!❤
You passed the clown once, and I was saying that is Murano.
Hi Dawn. The Yellow Horse belt looks great on you! Love the way you mix and wear necklaces! Beautiful finds! Blue bird, silver pig, sterling cats... Hope it wouldn't be difficult to find marcasites for fixing the poor kitty🐈. Wish you all the best. From Ukraine ❤️.
I do love the thing Thanks N ❤️
I kid you not .I know Alex Yellowhorse ,not sure if shes related to the belt ,but when she was young she got in a fight over a belt buckle and she took a life. Shes done her time in prison over it. I just thought it was strange coincidence . She wouldnt repeat her mistake ,in fact shes not that same young girl .Shes a strong woman of faith ❤
I love this video and that you can laugh at your mistakes. I think we should all do that. As usual, I learn something every single time I watch one of your videos. Thanks.
Thanks Deigh
I look forward to your weekly thrift videos so much! I never find good jewelry at thrift stores. You’re the most interesting jewelry person on RUclips, so it’s good that you’re getting recognized.
😊
Hey, the pale blue plate with white decorations is probably made by Wedgwood, an English fine china manufacturer and those are expensive plates
They were Wedgwood knockoffs!
you can buy an assortment of different size marcasites on line. the jewelry glue, too.And I need to order some, because marcasite jewelry always needs replacement stones. Not a mistake.
Omg! I have Kai Yin Lo necklace that I have ready to list but could not figure out the maker. I have held onto it to awhile, now I know! I probably would have listed it for $50/$70 without knowing. Thanks for all your knowledge Dawn! This is why you’re the best!
One of the best comments ever!!!!!!
I collect glass, too, but mostly ABP. That huge art glass dish you got would have gone home with me in a heartbeat. It's phenomenal!!! And the missing stones really aren't that big of a deal. Easy to replace. 🙂
Thanks Michelle ❤️
My faves are the chunky necklace with the large rose pendant (can you say OMG!), the pendant necklace marked 925 Israel and the blue drop pendant necklace. Ok I love them all lol.
Right?
These are my favorite of our videos… I love for u to take us with u and show everything thank u ☺️ ❤
Love these Sunday super hauls!❤
Thanks for watching and commenting robin pinkham!
Thanks Dawn you are so much fun to shop with. You are so sharp it's so interesting watching you enjoy how much fun you have❤
Gifty on the way!
Hi Dawn I think the top hat might be an ice bucket. I've seen silver plated versions. Nice to see you getting into hard goods, but they do take up a lot more space than jewellery. I started collecting jewellery because you can get a awful lot into a suitcase 🤣 Rachel
Thanks for watching and commenting Rachel Kooijenga!
That's right! It's a wine cooler or ice bucket. Though there would be a lot of condensation dripping down it!
I love the brass hat and would use it as an ice bucket.
❤️
What a great haul!! & you looked like you had a huge amount of fun with it!! Lovely.
It was so fun!
Thank you for being so honest about the 'fails' - I can't count the times I have come home and found something wrong with an item I was so excited about. It was great to go with you - and your GOAT is on my bucket list when I'm brave enough to come to North Jersey.
But ohmigosh did you get gorgeous things - you are such a pearl QUEEN!
Woot!
That hat would also be great as a Champagne Bucket. Perfect for a New Years Eve romantic dinner
The $250 necklace you put back is fab. I think you can eat jewlery 🤣
It's gone! Somebody else got it
Great jewlery dawn.you have a
Wonderful eye
For it all😊

Great finds. Certainly have my eye on one of the necklaces. Always fun to go thrifting with you.😊
Hi Treasure :)
I love these videos they are like classes in the field. Your knowledge is amazing, thanks for sharing.
Thanks John :)
ahahahahaha..."nothing below the waist!"...so the camera person shows your butt...glad you didn't edit that out cuz it's funny as hell!
Exactly!!
Amazing finds as usual! I love both of the lariat necklaces, but that rose pendant necklace is definitely my favorite 🔥 🔥🔥.
YAYYY!
So many good finds!!
Thanks for watching and commenting Nicole Devine!

Thanks so much for watching Southern Mermaid!
omg I love your channel, just subscribed tonight. I love looking at jewelry at the thrift shops and dishes. I can tell I'm going to learn a lot.
Thanks so much for watching Mama Small!
Loved the pig.❤
Artful yet dreadful! 😅 A phrase to remember!
It sounded worse than I meant it :)
Really interesting pieces!❤
Thanks for watching and commenting @lorieedmonds5514!
I’ve learned so much from , I now look at jewelry in a whole new light
Thanks for watching and commenting michelle davis!
Dawn, I have a suggestion for you but it has a caveat. You might want to do a thumbnail of the objects arranged with some jewelry to attract diverse buyers & watchers to some of your Auctions & Hauls. The downside might be that you may not have as focused of an audience. But you can convert ANYONE. into a jewelry lover with your genuine enthusiasm.
Also, I imagine you have decided NOT to add the words GIVEAWAY in your titles or thumbnails for the same reason. But perhaps sprinkle in the word “Prizes” into your thumbnail when you want a boost in numbers. Selfishly, I love our intimate group, as does everyone, but its about you & growing your channel in the end. Just some ideas.
You may have figured this out by now, but the top hat is a 🍾 champagne bucket, also used for ice or whatever you want to chill. But as an object, it is beautiful all on its own.
I learn as much from what you put back & why. Thanks for always going in depth. What a fun video this was! ❤️
I'm new. Just subbed. I love vintage stuff in general. The history of jewelry is a beautiful journey through time. I'm glad I saw this video and the channel.
Thanks for watching and commenting Rock City!
Since you mentioned J crew and chicos , I have went crazy trying to collect it !
It's good!
Hey Dawn, 🌟 what a really fun shopalong. The brass top hat ice bucket is Awesome! Loving the hard goods Dawn. We have very similar taste so you tend to look at things I like and at times love! Thanks Dawn, loved every minute! 🤗 💜✌️Just to add, i'd wear the baby teether too, I love it! 📿
Omg ICE BUCKET!
Yip! 🥂
All the pieces are beautiful. I love going thrifty. I have lots of jewerly. I just loved them, not a seller, but very curious about what I might have. You inspired me to search all my pieces. Thanks for sharing. 😊

I had one of those piggy banks from birth the summer of 69 mine was a twist one though no screw loved this 🥰Xxx
COOL!
Love the Murano Bowl🥰
Me TOO!
Dawn - if you ever come to Ontario, Canada, I'll take you thrifting! :)
The German plate is beautiful💗 and the turquoise amethyst necklaces 💜💙
Thanks for watching and commenting Marilyn!
I can't believe you passed on the brass etched vases! UGH......I LOVE THEM!
I'm so sorry!
The blue and copper vase was a Murano reproduction but the big bowl plate that you got must be good because it's even got a signature on the bottom
Hello from California!!!
I make jewelry ... & those silicone beads get very wet & sticky over time. I've had to throw them away. 😢
The pearl jewelry is beautiful. They had a lot of really nice things there.
Also, your hair is SO shiny!!!
Hello Dawn. I fix my brooch with marcizite after when i bought a brocken pendant with same stone. And use this stones to fix my items. Good luck and best wishes from sunny Australia. Angela
Thanks for watching and commenting @evgeneiababkova5723!
So many wonderful things at this store. I would go broke, having to buy everything. Haha.
Thanks for watching and commenting @Treasurehunter1980!
I have a jewellery addiction myself and so so so wish that we had Op shops here in Australia like you do over there. I am loving hearing The Niche lady pronounced correctly. It makes my brain hurt hearing how she says it lol I have been collecting glass for years so I don't really learn much from her, I just enjoy her videos. One thing I did learn from her was Plique A Jour and truly it was three days later when I found my first ever piece for $5
Thanks for watching and commenting Tracey Hunts Treasure!
The top hat is a champagne bucket, but by all means enjoy it as you wish! Beautiful find!
Thanks for watching and commenting @njerseygrl2!
I love watching all your videos. Never miss them. You are amazing! Several of my friends commented wondering why you don't do a manicure or at least trim your nails evenly. I wanted to share with you what other people are saying. It was not meant at all to hurt your feelings and yes to make you aware.
YES I do try~ Always optimizing time..
Copper craft guild had a pig bank exactly like the one you have. Made in the United States. I used to sell copper craft , at parties in the mid 70s. I love the beautiful signed glass bowl..you are amazingly knowledgeable. ...
Very cool~ Thanks for watching and commenting @glendahilsinger4360!
The brass hat is an ice bucket.
We all have our kits. Next we will need a bust for our cars.
You are great fun !! Its 40 below here in Montana and Im thrifting with Dawn.😂I cracked up when you were in the knick knacks and said We got all these people😂😂😂 i hate those kind of chotskys. I love that clown and i dont even like clowns . Great fun as usual .❤❤❤ Thanks for the laugh today😂😂 You really are a pro !!
Thanks for watching and commenting @Opticaldelusionist!
That Kai-Yin Lo necklace was beautiful. Too bad it was priced so high. I guess this store has staff who know what they’re getting in and price things accordingly.
BTW, that necklace with the large blue stone and the missing crystal is still beautiful. I’m in love with the chain itself. Maybe you can replace the stone if it’s not too much trouble😊
Thanks for watching and commenting QuirkyGirl10!
You keep it Girl 😊Beautiful Mid Century 😮😊
Thanks for watching and commenting Sherry Spotts!
That rubber bead "teething" necklace my child would not get that chocking fsctor to great l think it's great asa necklace. Really cool and on point.
Thanks for watching and commenting @gaylejudkins2244!
That real heavy clear glass bowl u picked up. I use that shape on a stronger lamp stand. They are beautiful upside down
Thanks for watching and commenting Jewelry Grace!
I think that was the most expensive Goodwill I have ever seen ! I can't believe the beautiful and expensive things they had there. 😊💖😍
Thanks for watching and commenting @maryzylema9699!
Hi I did that and if ur not going to use it it takes up a lot of space & long time to sell but I love it right!
Thanks for watching and commenting Nancy Gonzalez!
The vase was hand made Dale Tiffany.
Love when you shop at this thrift store! Where do they get this stuff!!
Thanks for watching and commenting pipersmom!
Dale Tiffany vase is not hotel lobby piece. It’s from Tiffany studio
Those murano glass clowns go for $$$$$$
❤️
The brass hat might be a vine cooler? Looks too small for umbrellas
Hmmmm.. yeah Ice
Ice bucket it might be called in English?
My daughter was gifted the piggie bank when she was born in 1970. She and i go thrifting together these days. Love when we get silly like you and Laura. Like the horn pendant. Hope it can be added to another chain or leather cord.
I will send it to you :)
@@HUDSONVINTAGE OMGoodness! Thank you for your kindness.😊
Bluebirds are a theme for you.💙🕊️
I love the little birds
I believe the silver hat is an Ice bucket
Have you considered buying glassware and draping scarves and jewelry on them like they were a bust? Anything could and would work. For your shows. Then sell the piece of glass if wanted
Thanks for watching and commenting @gaylejudkins2244!
That little frosted rose bowl that you had is the bottom part to a Fenton trinket dish and it’s missing the lid and the one I have the lid has a butterfly attached on top
Oh MY! If it's still there next time do you want me to get it?
That oil and vinegar glass canister @ 2:28 is killer btw!! It's right next to that jewelry box lol!
Thanks for watching and commenting Loser Lisa!
The handmade glass art vase is by Dale Tiffany. There's lots online about his work. Vase looks lovely.
The art glass bowl you bought is beautiful!
Thanks for the info!
The glass vase I think had a sticker that said “Handmade Dale Tiffany.”
Thanks for watching and commenting @ricochetkitty7215!
All the murano you found was wonderful!! Did you get the blue glass vase with copper pulled thru it?
Dawn I missed your video yesterday I was at a revival last night
Well thank you for writing and watching now :)
Most times we need to stay in our lane... learned it the hard way
If my lane is not jewelry than I don't know what else it could ever be LOL
@@HUDSONVINTAGE Exactly !
I liked those weird "pearls" in the net.
They looked nice but were plasticish
Hi ms dawn i have started watching you channel this week and from there I am up to date . I have a question, because I have a Monet , and a traifari gold chain but no pendant then how to know what to use on them. I just started selling jewelry last year . But I’ve been watching you and I thank you because you are teaching me more. Thank you
Thanks for watching and commenting @irenedelarosa400!
I need help on what to do with some black pearls and abalone necklace on leather cord , needs to be reworked , possibly forms 1800s estate , I adore the way you put things together, how do I send pick for suggestion, it means a lot to me , I live in a town with 2 red lights , so i don’t get much that’s worth anything ? tia
So many lovely things at this store!!! Where is this?
Ok, I'm in love with the amethyst and turquoise necklaces! Will you auction those?❤
Most DEF!
Dawn, could the brass top hat be a Champaign ice bucket?
Heavy bowl you touched, was chipped. Passed a pink piece on other side, as you began, b4 you p/u heavy bowl.
Thanks for watching and commenting @judygavan222!
@@HUDSONVINTAGE my pleasure. Apologies for mistaken key strokes.
I think the brass top hat is an ice bucket ? maybe for champagne new years eve
Thanks for watching and commenting @neoanderson726!
Your friend at the store is amazing. She could be your jewelry model.
I agree! Do you hear that Annabelle?
So so beauty Füll
Do you have a video identifying different types of stone?
No~ I think it wouldhave too many disclaimers about trying it at home lol
Do you ID unsigned costume jewelry? I have a pair of earings that are unsigned I used Google search, and lens and cant figure out
You're beautiful. Also your fails are better than some people's wins.
Much of the time I can tell if pearls are fake (light weight plastic etc) but some of them are tricky. How can you tell the difference?
I have that piggy bank at 40:07. It's from the early 1980s (or earlier).
Thanks for watching and commenting Joshua Stapel!
It seems videos are not being posted to your page. The auction from last Friday and the one from Sunday where you go to all the different stores. Which was great BTW.
Hi Janet I had a copyright flag but it was fixed! The video is coming out today~ thank you for noticing :)
The rainbow inlaid necklace I believe is a Peruvian piece
Ahh! OK!
Christmas 1972 I was a month old or something close. 😅
Thanks for watching and commenting Rock City!
I can't believe you did not get the blue cobalt Italian glass vase.
I'm still learning!
I’m not sure that yellow vase with the blue was from china. I thought it was awesome and I did Google lens, it said European glass that sold for $689!! Could of been a reproduction though. Really enjoyed the video Dawn! ❤
WOW!
I love that yellow vase, and would have bought it, but the way the murrines are stretched out and distorted told me the vase was made in China. Murano is much more generous with the murrines and you learn to spot the difference right away. Also, that sort of mottling in the glass is a signature of the way Chinese glassblowers imitate Murano technique. The Chinese are getting better and better at it, but as long as they continue to mass produce art glass on the cheap, they will never be able to match the richness of Murano glass, in my opinion.
