I FELT your distress when you told us that you had dropped the ring and couldn't find it! It'll turn up! Great thrifting, some beautiful finds! I thought that those heads were really cool too!
Yes! Thank you!
The transparent rocket like looking thing is a wine aerator p. Love your videos!❤
At the thrift store the sun coming through window on jewelry counter really made some of those necklace choices just pop.
Loved the little tiny chair sets!!!! Too bad you didn't get them great for displaying jewelry.😊😊😊
I know!! :(
I died when you said you drop the Native American ring between the seats🤣🤣🤣 I think most of us resellers can relate!
I found it! It was on the little ledge under there, not the floor 🙏
@@HUDSONVINTAGE oh! Lol 🤣🤣
Thanks for bringing me with you it's been a rough week this just made it much better! THANK YOU DAWN
I'm so glad!
The walnut is amazing!
Have you done a video on how you test the jewelry. For instance how to test the beads. I would really like to know how you do that. I recently came across you and I'm really enjoying your videos.
I have not done a video just on that~ but I do test things in the videos :)
I would love to shop here at American thrift. I wished we had a shop like this from where I'm from. Thanks for letting us tag along Dawn. Shine 💎 On vintage guru!
Any time!
I get way over excited when you do a shopalong! Love, Love, Loved it, as always! Thankyou Dawn. 🌟 🤗 💗✌️
Me too!!
I NEED THAT MIRROR WHEN you walked into the auction house! I LOVE IT!
Hi Dawn , fabulous finds! I love love that jade necklace! If you go to a garage someone could get that ring out for you should only take a couple minutes 😀 thank you for sharing your haul
Just wanted o say that the little pigeon dish you picked up at the auction house looks like a find that Crazy Lamp Lady found and it was a Lalique.
It is Lalique and I saw the Crazy Lamp Lady video too!
I'm so happy I found your page, I could watch you all day❤❤
Yay! Thank you!
Wonderful shopping trip & many lovely finds - thank you for sharing.
Thanks so much 😊
Dear Dawn ~ what lovelies that you've found ~ I think the young girl helping with the jewelry was excited as you, that was fun to see ~ I appreciate how they showcase their treasures ~ I loved, of course, the raw Crystals and the tumbled ones too ~ and I deeply admire you in a Vintage Way 💜🧚🏻♀️🔮💐
Thank you so much!
Just beautiful. I love everything you found in this video. 💖😍👌 The turquoise beads are stunning. 💞👏
Thank you so much!
Hi Dawn, the sewing basket thingy is actually lacquered Japanese stacked bento to serve multi course food that you would bring from kitchen to the dining table. I used to have one and I would serve sushi in them. Mine had 3 layers so bottom layer would be for maki rolls, middle layer for sushi and top layer for sashimi.
oh and that straw floral bag!!!
I loved this place
Walnuts are considered good luck! I hope your giant silver and gold one brings you lots of luck!😊
❤️
Other great video to rewatch❤.
Wonderful video! Great finds!!

I love Brownstone Liquidators.
The jade necklace is gorgeous and valuable!
I was excited!!
A bell. Blue bird looks Lalique, but don't think as it would have a mark.
Love the pink chandelier earrings
Thanks for watching and commenting Ms. Yang!
that thing you thought was a jigger is a wine aerator. I had one just like it

💍I shop vicariously through you! You have some great places & find the most amazing estate & tag sales. Could you maybe do a video with your “pro tips’ on how to find estate & tag sales generically so it would help everyone?
I’m new to your channel & I’m loving catching up on all your videos!
The bird is L.E. Smith frosted satin glass. Love learning about the stones from you. That walnut was amazing!
YAY!!! Thanks @Sharon B
You should get a Go Pro to record your shopping. You’ll need a harness. The Locker Nuts man uses one. Very good.

Hey Dawn! Great video! Can you share the name of the auction house? As a fellow Jersey resident, I'm always looking for new spots to feed my shopping addiction. 😂
Oh man Dawn...I could really go for that Chinese sewing (stacked box) you found. Let me know if we can work something out. Love your channel!!
Will do!!
Multi color plate is a cake stand
Thanks for watching and commenting @susanamann1124!
In my search for turquoise I have a couple of times read that, turquoise is the oldest stone. Is this true?
OMG...I need those brown pearls.
Thanks for watching and commenting Charlotte Gilmour!
💜💙 My favorite is hands down the art glass necklace and earrings you got to complete your set, gorgeous ! The dish at the auction house you thought was melmac is a VERY collectible pattern called Atomic by Franciscan Pottery. Always sells for good money. 😁
Thank you! 🤗
@@HUDSONVINTAGE You are very welcome ! 😊
I think you might have passed a Herend china plate (ultra valuable Hungarian bone china) 😉
Oh man!
How do you test the stones ?
I lived in the Middle East. Those Bedouin Coral necklaces are sold all throughput the Middle East. The authentic ones are made by the Bedouins. The tourist knock offs are the glass ones.
Thanks for watching and commenting hwinny2!
I’m from NYC and have been to that thrift store a few times…I don’t like that they use marker on the hard goods. I’m a clothing reseller the clothing for the most part is over priced but I did find a Marni dress and Dries Van Noten pants for a few dollars and resold them for over 100
Awesome!!
I am new to your channel. I saw where you said you tested the stones on your jewelry . Could you elaborate on that. How does one goe about to test stones. Also just wanted to say , I love your taste ,you made some beautiful selections. TIA
Presidium gem tester and other methods, and a jeweler gemologist!
Hi Dawn, the bag is not squirrel. It seems ostrich to me. Gili bags are in fact well made. 😅
Thanks for the info! Help is always appreciated :)
New at your channel. Would to buy some of your stuff.
Awesome! text and get alerts!
Iis it Steuben glass?
How can I buy the golden pearls?
They are sold, but keep watching
What jewelry loop strength do you use?
10X
@@HUDSONVINTAGE I got mine in the mail today thank you!
It upsets me that they use black marker for pricing. Does it come off?
Yes~ acetone
it is a decantaur for wine the lucide
Mystery solved!
That clear glass plate with the multicolored feet looks like a Steuben and I wonder if it has a signature on the bottom
Thanks for watching and commenting The Lost Attic!
Where is this shop?
Jersey!

Oh if I only had half your knowledge !

I had to come back to comments and ask you a question Dawn at the beginning of the video at 236, was that a mask of sorts or was it ceramic, material or what? Whatever it is, was very interesting and I saw you come back to it, I'm just very curious as to what it is! I've got to Google and see if there is an American thrift within a 30 min radius or so. And all the head's were here own collection but what were those as well, I mean did ppl make those for a specific reason or was it just someone's art? It seemed like the one you were interested in may have been sometimes art but you never know. They were groovy for sure🌻
That first one was pottery and a masterpiece! Probably Italian, it was $450 and all the other ones were her private collection!
@@HUDSONVINTAGE Do you know where it was from it looked like maybe Japan to me
Hey /dawn...i love that location for you..especially swivel chair...ampm ing you on yr email right now. Cheers KLG
