That police dude behind her wasnt a joke. They really do spawn like that in the game.
They also have the memory of a goldfish, find a corner, stay there 15 seconds. Puff, no more aggro. BRUH! But honestly I do love the game.
Because it’s an actual game mechanic. The cops have futuristic teleportation tech, each time they spawn it’s like a ball of energy.

@Elalae La you know the teaser trailer for Cyberpunk right? In E3 2018, Todd Howard announced fallout 76 as the biggest game in the franchise, saying it has "16 times the detail" but that was false advertising and it became the buggiest game of all time.

The game was pretty good even in 2021.

I remember when this came out, I was still in highschool getting all hyped up about it. I went to college and graduated, got a job, and I still retain all the same hype
This came out in 2013 and I remember it like it was yesterday. Now this trailer has an added significance for me. It's not just an advert for a highly anticipated game. I've loved and lost in the time that this game has been in development. It's a reminder of how quickly life passes and how quickly moment of intense passion and apparent significance will be lost forever.

No... it wouldn’t. I’m currently playing it with over 200+ hours on a character.
The game doesn’t live up to what was promised. Not even close and even the final product is extremely flawed. With terrible RPG mechanics and a god awful AI system. For all the praise, I can confirm that there are still numerous bugs (playing Xbox Series X btw)
One extremely glaring one is the audio for Televisions cutting out for news broadcasts and the occasional “driverless” cars that just spawn on highways and roads.
Even in its current state. Many people would still be upset with it.

@@terrencemoldern2756 I played the Phantom Liberty version and everything was flawless, just running beautifuly. Great game design, characters, story... I enjoyed the game more than I expected to. I don't see any other people complaining about the game in it's current state despite you. People love it. I don't understand why you have 200+ hours on this game when you say it doesn't live up what was promised. This just makes you sound like a troll.

The fact 2.0 released so much after launch is honestly the best thing it that could happen to the game. It gave people enough time to forget what was promised and judge the game purely on what it is, and what is is isn’t this mind blowingly technologically advanced game where every NPC has a full daily routine and different dialogue trees and whatever, it’s a pretty standard open world game with pretty standard gameplay but with one of the best worlds, characters and stories I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing trough
When this trailer first came out I was 25 and I'd told myself "I'm not having a kid before this game releases"... Now I'm almost 32. Please release the game, I need to move on in life...

@@DinaricUbermensch Mike Pondsmith created nothing in that world. There isn't one original idea in Cyberpunk that wasn't ripped straight from the Neuromancer trilogy, written in the 1980s. Pondsmith made a really good tabletop game, but he has nothing to do with the world building.

Is it me or did this trailer have a totally different vibe to the actual game? Here it seems more gritty then the final product
because this teaser is about a cyberpsycho and it wasnt touched much in the game. It was definitly originally intended to have cyberpsycho be a huge part of the game. Now you can defeat a few but thats it.

Dreams don't come true. Game was in the oven for like 6 years, and still even after that this team of professionals only managed to make good animations and good looking map. And maybe a good story but I don't like it because it makes us look like a bystander in someone else's story. And then they half assed everything else, and I don't even count glitches.

I didn't know this game existed until I heard about it in late 2019, and 7 years ago I was 8 years old back then and in elementary school at 3rd grade when this trailer first came out, and 7 years have passed already and time goes really fast, and right now I'm about to hit 11th grade (well I'm already in 11th grade at this moment) and turn 16 in two month's :D

What the fucks the point of "building verticality, and having density" if you are just gonna pull a AC Odyssey or Watch Dogs Legion and have a bunch of wasted space and "Objects" that look like buildings but dont act like them. @@-xevon- people don't seem to remember some of the potato last gen games that came out when PS4 dropped. I'm over 40 hours into it on a base PS4 and it's giving me less issues than Spider-Man did (that game would cause my console to restart almost every time I played it).
I believe in CDPR - the game is good. Just needs a little polish.

@@-xevon- Thanks. Honestly, I'm shocked anyone thought last gen consoles were going to look like the gameplay trailers (or even the cinematic trailers, like so many Johnny Silverhand memes). The fact we get a free upgrade on next gen is enough to keep me happy.
@@benharbak I have a laptop with a GTX 1050Ti and that's similar to what the PS4 Pro has. I was happy that I might be able to play this game while I'm not home but I was disappointed :). Let's wait for the patches and the next chapter.

@@T0e-Man Bugs were the least of the game's problems. It was still playable start to finish when it first released
@@zwein1817 I got it when it came out and it didn't let me go past the tutorial I restarted the game multiple times and even skipped the tutorial but ran into glitches the stopped me from proceeding. The glitches was what was wrong with it. That's why they gave refunds and people hated it. Besides the bugs everything about the game is fun and good.
@@T0e-Man PC's release only had visual bugs which broke immersion, and I remember a specific side quest got softlocked at some point but other than that it was a completable game on launch. I'm convinced that the reason it was released in such a broken state was so the devs could make the bugs a red herring to mask the actual issues of the game, which aren't mechanical issues as much as they are just design ones. Now that you can play the game pretty much completely bug free, even you can see how much of a shallow game is to what was promised and planned. You can see all the hiccups and disjointed creative decisions, you can see how the game is more of movie-game than it is an rpg.
Even if it's a mess of a game, it's not a bad game, yet it's not anything special either. This was apparent before the bugs were even addressed, but it seems that it worked well in dissuading people from the core issues of the game. The bugs were never the real issue

Cut to all the way now and its one of the greatest games ever. Yeah it had to go back in the oven for a while but its incredible now.
I'm pretty sure people in the top comments are the main reason the game came out really bad. But they didn't give up, they finished the game and I swear, it's one of the best things I ever played. Even since 1.6, it was already really great. But now it's just priceless (in a good way).
