I do your 30 min apartment friendly, full body workouts 3-4 times a week, and have been for the last 4 weeks. My abdominal coning is finally starting to improve! I've never had kids but I have had abdominal surgery before and have DR with umbilical hernia (which now feels like is also improving). Even in my twenties I had coning and even with a personal trainer, could not resolve it. My core feels so much more stable. I feel overall stronger, walking feels different, I can go up and down the stairs much easier (I live on the 3rd floor), and I wake up wanting to do a workout! I am disappointed when my body tells me to rest. I also really appreciate the thought that you put into the progression of your workouts, including which exercises may be too difficult after other certain ones. I also appreciate that you do the entire workout yourself, which is motivating for me to try and push myself, even if I have to do the mod. Thank you so much.
i have never found an influencer that keeps me as motivated as you do during these workouts, warm ups, and cool downs. i get excited when i have time to follow one of your videos. You have great energy !

@@maramaothecat yep, I'm doing this and similar exercises and eating 1200cal. I stopped for about 2 months in the middle because I struggle with depression but overall Iost 14kg so far.
I just want to say I’ve noticed I can get a better stretch and even maybe a pop or two in my back in the first spinal stretch, if I exhale as the leg comes over :) The other thing is when in the downward position, if you stretch up on your tippy toes/balls of your feet, the feet may pop and it feels great! :D I’m a big fan of lovely and satisfying pops in the body 🤩 oh yeah!
Do you happen to have a Cardio routine with no jumping, knee friendly? I have been trying to find the right one with no luck. Very bad knees. Can't handle lunges or things that twist them oddly. Becomes very painful.
I'm Italian so I have a problem with the mechanisms and your language. Can I have a detailed explanation on how to change the subscription plan? For example, if I wanted to switch from the 19.99 subscription to the 9.99 subscription, how should I do it? Thank you so much, I love you
Keep stretching every day, just to where you can do it comfortably and you will develop a more flexible body, but only if you do it consistently, guaranteed! :)
