Those cupcakes look so yummy! I love using gel food coloring, I think it makes the color more saturated. Who doesn’t love a cream cheese icing too! Great recipe!🧁💙

How much cocoa powder did you use in this recipe?
I used about 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.

Hi Shelley, I used about 1 tablespoon, but I think up to 2 tablespoons would be ok if you wanted them more chocolate-y.
