My Hr lady calls me today and tells me that my injury. Truck hit me and needed 3 epidurals and a 2 level neck fusion surgery. But today she tells me that basically my company has a million dollar deductible. That everything is on them concerning my injury. Think expenses totaling about 60k. I work for a trucking company that has about 3k trucks. She also lied to me awhile back That the other trucker that hit me was an unauthorized driver and they not getting anything and is all write off and lied that the insurance company was one that she named and it's not. My lawyer however said he already contacted that insurance company and they said we are liable. Tell us your demand. I smell something fishy tho. Why she wanna lie to me on those things. Also advises me not to go to any other Dr's other than workmans comp Dr's. Tells me stop studying so much and go do fun things and watch TV and gives me bunch TV show recommendations. 😊

I may call u if my attorney doesn't pan out...i have to cases against my employer...they denied the 2nd claim..now the judge is looking into it..i do have the doctor and surgeon both say i need hip surgery...plus medical records lets see what happens...
