If you have a workers comp injury and during rest and treatment the pain goes away as long as you don’t over use it, is that considered a zero rating ? and can you still receive a payout settlement? my issue is that my symptoms come and go and most of the time when I go to my doctor, I have milder symptoms, but a couple days later I will be in excruciating pain. It’s so annoying.

I was wondering if you would discuss EMPLOYERs which can't or don't have work accommodation limits which have been placed by the insurance doctor.
My employer told me they could give work accommodation however that's not been the case, and has me sitting around for 8 hours in a day. Sometimes I may work on a project and finish before my eight hours and my Supervisor will tell me I can leave if I want too. What would you advise?

I have a w/c case for a torn meniscus and the claim took a year to get accepted during that time my lower back was affected bc of my off gait. We amended my claim to include the back. During my case my employer has filed for bankruptcy and has stopped payment on my TD payments and r no longer paying me. I have applied for SDI and they won’t pay me bc they say that the w/c ins co. Is to pay me. I have an ame in October but what do I do in the meantime to get money to live on and pay my rent and bills. I am so far in debt now. All this has caused me great stress and anxiety leading to my depression so my PCP has put me on an anti-depressant.
Can you do a topic on workers comp medical buyout? I am in need of some information on this topic. Trying to decide if it's worth a buyout. My case is old but left medical open, however everything is denial. I've needed surgery for 4 years and can't get it done. In So much pain. I just can't do this any longer. Can you do a topic on uninsured employers and possible outcomes when suing? I was injured at work via assault with multiple injuries and I wanted to know what to expect with suing him and filing with uebtf. I wanted to know does my employer not having insurance negatively affect the amount I’d receive in a settlement

30 days to get the report back is normal after the evaluation
My AME doctor sucked. He didn’t listen to anything i had to say or what was messed up on my body. He didn't seem to care what was messed up. This guy was just full of himself thinking he knows best of everything Do not go to this man. Mark A Mandel In Beverly Hills.
