For my own sake, I hope none of my competitors watch Hamza's videos because he spits facts and if you really apply them, you'll see so much growth and realise there aren't many people like us. All it takes is a bit of effort in the beginning but once you start building a bit of momentum you'll realise how easy it is to reach 'success'. Another banger of a video bro.

This is because men have been conditioned that those goals are reserved for the special among us. Go for what you want in life guys because honestly there is nothing that you can't achieve if you set your mind to it. Work hard and sacrifice for your goals my friends. GREATNESS IS WITHIN YOU.

This really made me think about myself in a way that I never thought about before.
I've always been in like that top 1% of guys in fitness, studying and being social with like guys and mates but when it comes to talking and cold approaching girls I absolutely suck ass.
Like I was in the gym today and there's this girl in there who I think is really attractive like a solid 8.5/10 for me and in my mind I wanted to cold approach but my mind made up some stupid excuse for me not too "she probably has a boyfriend, she's busy doing a set, she's talking to that other guy" and I wished I just realised that I actually have balls and should've of just said some brain dead thing.
Hamza if your reading this, please make a video on this channel in the same style about cold approaching. Its the one area which I personally think (I may be wrong) that I suck complete booty on.
Basically what im asking is for you to like further in depth into the mindset of attracting the higher quality women.
Please bro. You've helped me get to where I'm at now.
    thanks man

Bro honestly, I can tell you are ready now without the video.
Let's magine if Hamza personally coached you on cold approaching right now for a year straight every day, 16h a day non stop, you only sleep and talk about it with him.
After a year, you wouldn't leave with a girlfriend.
What you need is to put in the work and become good at it.
Next time when you see a girl at the bus or at the gym just go up to her, you just said it yourself.
You don't need more dating advice, what we got in this video was pure gold.
Bow it's up to us to apply it.
      Let's get it brother 💪

    (PLEASE HELP)
    Hello Hamza,
I am a 15 year old boy from India and I feel like a piece of trash. I cannot control myself. I am really undisciplined. But, whenever I try to improve myself, and some days are passed then something goes wrong or I have made mistake or something just doesn't go in the way I want it to go. I have been stuck in this rut (of trying and making fake attempts to improve myself but going back to the undisciplined and hellish life) for more than a year now. You’re also only 15 my man, I am 21 years old and seriously turned my life around when I was 18. 3 years of MMA, working out, meditating, and reading books completely changed my outlook on life. Even throughout those 3 years of self improvement, I have been in SO MANY ruts and terrible places, I have been extremely depressed and anxious despite being on self improvement.
But as I said before, no one can help you but yourself, so you have to pull yourself out of those mental blockages just like I did myself. And let me tell you, the grass is so much greener on the other side. You got this, stay safe brother

But since then, I’ve been watching your content, and it’s obvious you’ve leveled up in a big way. The way you think and talk about life now feels way deeper and more refined. So, I was thinking what if you revisited that book and remade the video with your updated perspective? I’m sure you’ve got new insights that would hit differently now, and it’d be sick to see how your view on Deida’s ideas has changed. I feel like it could really help guys like me who are trying to grow and figure this stuff out. Anyway, just a thought your content always delivers, so whatever you do, keep killing it. Hey Hamza, Richard Simins here. I met you in the Adonis School London meetup earlier this year.
Since I left AS I've seen massive progress in my physique and have started posting content on tiktok aswell. I've been having consistent progress on my goals but the situation with girls has gotten much more quieter.
I got heavily blackpilled, focussing a lot on looks. That's why a month ago I completely dropped out of the dating market, believing that there's no point, I'm too ugly at this current time. That I need to make major changes to be able to get seen even by the 2/10 girl haha.
I REALLY want to be included in the top 1% of guys, but it's still a long ways to go.
Writing this in the hopes of you seeing this bro. Still watching ur content. Mad respect. See you on the other side.

Actually they’re still difficult because the 10% of people you’re competing with are very competitive. The 90% were never competition anyways. Getting into an Ivy League isn’t easier because 90% of students don’t try to get in. They’re extremely hard because the 10% that apply are all insanely talented.

    • @flyingmantis-u9u
      @flyingmantis-u9u Месяц назад

Not sure that argument makes sense. Ivy League university's are more difficult to get into because of minimum *fixed* entry criteria. Super hot women, especially when young, often have quite loose/stupid entry criteria that makes a lot of guys get in when the going is good, and get way above their looks match.

I kno you always side comment the "exceptions" but you should really drop a video addressing those comments always using the exception not realizing how hard it actually is to become that exception. especially for every fucking point they use in every scenario.they always want to bring up the exceptional michael jordan or lebron james when they will never even enter 1% of just professional basketball players and then want to address the exceptional elon musk, jeff besos, mark zuckerberg when it comes to a founder or a computer engineer/programmer and then barely can crack a 6 figure job for meta or google if they even can. like im tired of these comments and people always using the outliers for arguments.

It's funny that I commented about being scared to upload content about a week ago. In this video, you talk about guys thinking about posting content and still not posting because of being a pussy. That's literally me bro lol. But, I did fucking post, as you told me to do in the reply to my comment, even though it is still scary ngl

alright but theres a flaw on your reasoning brother... competing against 50 of the top 1% is waaaay harder, than competing with 10.000 weak unfocused dudes.
it doesnt become easier just because they are less. if thats true it would be easier to win the olympics final on something because you are just competing with 10 people

But if we use the podcast analogy 50 people want to be podcasters they’re not all 1% so that’s not harder and if 10000 people apply for a minimum wage job maybe being a doctor who said theyre braindead?
They might be more ambitious for being a doctor idk think about it like that

See,I hear you, but even competing with the top1% gets you more regardless of whether the top 1% are harder to compete with or not because even competing with the top 1% means you are automatically better than everyone else.
