This house is GIGANTIC but the furniture they’ve chosen fills it out nicely, there’s not too much empty or wasted space. I’m not a fan of the warmer colored tiles in some of the bathrooms but I can’t deny the detail is a work of art. I especially liked the one with the centerpiece that you pointed out. The cars on the other hand might’ve been my favorite part, that Mercedes AMG you pulled up in is special

I remember looking at this house a few years ago for around $2.2m or so. Lots of issues and the prior owner had a lot of issues with the city. They did an amazing job, but all their flips are pretty amazing. They must have spent another $3m on this one just like Steph’s old house. Nice work.

I think this is my favorite house tour that I've seen Enes do! I love everything about this house, inside and out. The location is mostly responsible for that. Wealthy area, but not like Enes' typical locations in Beverly Hills or the Hollywood Hills.

If this house was on the other side of the bay or in the LA hills it would easily be a $40million house. Amazing home.
I have seen a lot of houses (kind of a hobby of mine) and I got to say, this is one of the best houses if not "the best" I ever seen. Not to small and not to big, perfect size and love the layout and design. Just wow

Another great tour. That house is definitely meant to host visitors. I love how the house looks modern on the outside but looks like house from the 1800's on the inside with the doors and all. I love the master bed. And the garage was RIDICULOUS. Again, amazing, amazing house.

Enes one suggestion: I think you should make one video entirely dedicated to explaining about the costs involved to run these houses..for instance mortgages, insurance, property tax and monthly upkeep like..electricity Bill's, security, cleaning etc etc. I know it will vary with every house/area..but just taking one house like this as an example to give us a general idea.
P.S. The video should be an addition to our regular monday dose and not replacing one of them😜

Beautiful house, Amazing photography, and blessed people to view that place and house in person. That house is worth the money but the hill top is so isolated, it would take forever for ambulance, cops, or other emergency department but one way in and one way out is also one of the best unique feature. Thank you so much for sharing this, keep up the good work, Enes and Mikey.

This is really quite the bargain and I really liked the finishes, as they weren’t too extravagant but we’re never the less excellent quality. I also liked that it had been completely renovated, so it was like living in a new home. The back yard and views were spectacular and both you and Mikey did another great job. Thanks!

I don't understand why this house is "only" $10,000,000, is it because of the location or maybe because it's not a brand new house ?
There are a variety of reasons but a big factor is the location!
I just looked on maps, its over 5 hours away from LA. Thats nuts, I bet this would be $30,000,000 + in LA

I watch a lot of realtors on RUclips.. Enes is the only one who doesnt feel like he's dragging the video. Time spent on each detail is not too much and not too little. Just the perfect amount.

Thought I recognized this one but the address confirms it. The shots and editing do a really good job of hiding that this is right next to and in full view of a major Bay Area freeway. Probably part of the reason why the cost/size/perceived value seems so good compared to many of the houses on this channel in exclusive neighborhoods.
