I've watched what is absolutely too many tours of fancy houses and this channel is really quickly becoming my favorite. I'm so impressed with the level of detail and research put into each video and I love that they do a full walkthrough so you can really get a sense of the space instead of just hyper-edited clips. Also can't stop thinking about how much I want to hang a hammock at the bottom of those stairs and just lay back with the view

I've seen ALOT of online house listing tours, but for some reason this house was my favorite outta all of em. I absolutely fell in love with it!! I love everything about it. Especially the location and the way the owner flattened the levels outside to turn the hill into actual yard space. I was thinking it would be nice to put sod down and make it into a nice green space for dogs and whatnot. Thanks for the showing Enes and Mikey!! Great work

This sounds absolutely ridiculous but when you were touring the home I was thinking about renovation it lol. I would switch the bar for the kitchen, take the formal dining room for a living room (removing dividing wall) and where the cobra is turned into a dining room/ sitting room. For the kitchen where it is now would could possibly be a library. Never the less, amazing home exterior and great tour.

i really love the ocean view of this house and its location. its a house with very simple but unique details however i didn't really see the use of having a classic car in the middle of a living room, i have been scratching my head trying to figure out how the car can leave the house to fulfill its actual purpose. Apart form that i love every other detail about this house.

In the uk we just went outside and exercised as normal. I went out on local country lanes as there were virtually no cars or people to be found.
Marc. Yee dude what an idea! Plus there is a national park there. As long as there is no Coyotes or anything you can run all the way down - cross the National Park. Hopefully there is a trail. Go to the beach and run back! An ultra runners dream! I was disappointed it didn’t have Sauna/Steam room though!

This home is close to my condo. It is currently on the market again, at $9,880,000. Had a chance to check it out during open house a few weeks ago. The inside looks a bit different, some parts have been gutted and redone. Beautiful property.
I love the part when you used the retention walls and national reservation as a point in presenting the property and also as the intermission between the first floor and the second floor show to allow the viewer to rest their minds from bricks and stones ....that was genius...I learned a lot , thank u
