This house feels so calming and peaceful despite massive size. And that primary bedroom..wow.
I have never felt this sort of love for a house until this. I wouldn’t change anything about it because it suits my personality of having that mix of modern and nature in one. It’s the perfect balance. That master suite was EVERYTHING. I would move right in. What a gorgeous design, my goodness I am floored. I wouldn’t mind being in lockdown for a whole year in this house that’s for sure 😆

Me and my boyfriend watched this video twice, because all of the details were amazing. To me this house is, again, over the top, but extremely thought out and gorgeous and minimal in a sense as well.

Exactly- I took the day off... I was gonna nap bec it’s drizzling here in L.A. and “ding” - got my notification - I had to watch Enes. I love the home tours- he walks people thru like no other - Reminds me of going w my mom to show her rental properties - she would give people tours of the rentals.. I swear- like Enes- knowing so much about the details - really brings an inanimate object to life.. she always rented everything to the first or second person... being kind, friendly and knowledgeable is so important.. no attitude.. so many that sell expensive, exquisite** luxury homes are a bit self-indulged - you never know who has money- some don’t show it... So- Enes is awesome - he seems refined yet down to earth and humble makes listening to him inviting!
This home looks so clean and crisp - I love the light wood floors - the soft pallet base- then contrasted w the Japanese black shelving or nic-nacs - love it!

this is one of my favourite houses with the japanese inspiration, the layout of the rooms and the colours with the wood and the trees inside. the private patio, the terrace and the garden is just class!

Ahh! the tone calmness and vibe of the whole house is just amazing; i mean the dark toned kitchen, the warmth of the wood in the bedroom and the marble in the bathroom all just gave me goosebumps:just loved it;

I constantly come back to this home because it is by far my most favorite house i have ever seen. Ever. I constantly imagine myself walking through and utilizing every inch of the home and opening it up to family and friends.
This tour is definitely one of my favourites from your channel, and I love how much natural light this house gets and how spacious and open it is!
I’m in love with this house AHH. The Japanese home style is beautiful I’ve never seen it done this well before and to this extent. I love how this house is ginormous but it still has that warm feel, and you could definitely make it your own.

The living space is probably of a higher standard than in any other house in Japan, but in Japan the toilet and bathroom are generally separated, and only in poor houses or hotels are they in the same room.
I love how the designer said, in the natural world, the Earth, the trees and the sky, and the mountain are independent but sometimes interdepended.' That is such an incredible observation of the world around us, and our existence, as Human Beings.

I must say I really enjoyed this tour. It feels that so many of these LA homes have luxury features just to have luxury features. This is a much more calm and thought out building.

My god.. the details in this one is unmatched! Every inch was thought about. From the sinks to the indoor soaking tub to the backyard.. this one is hands down my favorite home so far.
A number of homes and apartments you all have done, with Japanese themes are breathtaking, but this ONE, took the cake. I’ve lived here in Japan for over 30 years, but this one, for sure feels like HOME!!! I’m sure my wife and in-laws would love a house like this. This is a house that gradually grows on me as I continue watching the house tour. At first it didn't really feel that "japanese", but every room and space flows very well, and the aesthetics is a perfect blend of nature tranquility and modern luxury. I can tell the designer really put a lot of thought into this house. It is truly unique.

I've seen tons of houses, but this is truly one of the best designs I've ever seen. The material, craftsmanship and design is outstanding. This house feels, even in a video, so calm and tranquilizing. No matter how busy or frustrated your day might have been....this house will level your soul. The massive (!) amount of space and plethora of stone and wood elements... I am deeply impressed.
$26 Million is a big chunk of money, but this house offers so much that I think it's worth it.
This house is like a gimbal for you soul.
