Despite the size it still feels like a family home. A lot of expensive houses don't look liveable but this one is very practical and functional along with being very picturesque.

Anything that looks italian with a view to the sea I love. I actually thought it was in italy because of the design of other houses in the neighborhood. Looks like a very peaceful place to live.

What I really appreciate about the view is that you can isolate your focus to either the mountains or turn 180 and focus on the ocean. That's the best of both worlds...

The Z8, the Ford GT and the SLR are my highlights. 😊
Also the Barchetta with the gated six speed.
I like how the staff quarters have the same finishes and marble, and are good sized. Instead of being small and ugly cheap fixtures, it tells the staff they are important too. That they are part of the house too. Instead of just yet another worker.
This place is astonishingly beautiful! Every detail is worth noticing❤

Lamborghini is not just a car; it's a masterpiece on wheels, a fusion of engineering brilliance and artistic elegance.
If I had to pick one, it would be the blue SVJ Roadster.
54 million and your house is inches away from your neighbours and 0 garden space... the house is beautiful but for the price absolute insanity, it's effectively a large apartment.

This Italian style villa is absolutely beautiful! But I must say that I noticed the shower in the primary bedroom was smaller than another bedroom but the bathroom was very spacious regardless. On another note, I hope Mikey is doing well and I miss him and his feedback! With that, still another great video😊

Love this one, If they could just carved out a bit more details out that would be great it would be great. Feels a bit too simplified compared to other similar mansions I've seen, but still good, still love it. And the location is just spot on, love that view. they realyl picked a perfect location.

we always see magnificent houses, high engineering, things that make your head spin but I would like a house like this, walls that make me feel protected and not inside an aquarium, an idea of warm welcome and solidity, comfortable, elegant and timeless furnishings, nothing that you shout in my face, lots of class and substance, perhaps because I'm Italian it reflects my taste more, all that's missing is a bit of garden

Italy, the country where villas have been built for well over 2000 years, considering that the word villa comes from the Latin and at the time of the Roman Empire described a residence in the countryside, later also in the urban area.
And in this case... what a great villa.
Wonderfully implemented classical architectural elements of a villa, including the courtyard / atrium with archways, the wonderfully translated into modern times and adapted where necessary or appropriate.
Lock me up in there, toss away the key, never let me out again.... and I will die happy

This is the first time I see a toilet in the kitchen. Not sure if thats a logical spot I would always choose to have the toilet far away from eating tables for 'privacy' issues😂
