Love the Rancho Santa Fe area, one of the nicer areas in SoCal, loved the Italian tile it gave a lot of natural lighting throughout the house with the French sliding doors. The shower in the master was a work of art, the backyard is spacious with a very nice pool. Very Nice home.
Hey Jp. Happy holidays. Look at the size of the pool and the detail on the front door. Wow. I already like. Movie theater, wine cellar, gym 🙌🏼. Like the color scheme and staging. Like the kitchen, 🍕 oven & breakfast nook bench/booth seating. Never saw a sink that gives sparkling water. Big laundry 🧺. Need GPS for this home. Guess the numerous atriums will assist. The primary 1st floor en-suite is stunning. Love it has its own W/D. The owner? So this his furniture and not staged. Gorgeous covered patio/outdoor kitchen/amazing pool/spa/playground/lounging/dining/garden. Amazing lower level especially the dance/yoga room/shower/sauna/steam room/turkish bath. This home is a resort. Amazing home indeed. Thanks for sharing and once again happy holidays ☃️

I don’t often post comments. You have a great personality, and I think you would be great presenting super unique properties, rather than homes that are simply expensive. Have you thought about trying to present Castillo del Lago? This is a boring McDonalds house. I think your best tours have been houses with whimsey, rather than these cookie cutter houses. Just my thoughts. I am a fan and trying to be helpful…It’s obvious when you like a place and it seems that you thrive in houses that are interesting rather than ones that are so plain like this. Let Ennis do the boring monstrocities...you’re quirky and you should let that shine. I dunno…I’m not trying to be negative.
You need to try and stop talking just for the sake of talking. It doesn't have to be a non-stop flowing monologue. Saying things like "You're 6'3" & It's awesome how you're the same height as the fireplace" unfortunately is the direct result of trying to fill every space in the video with words regardless of their relevance. Just talk naturally man. Talk like you are showing a good friend around your new home & less like a nervous exhaustive 1st year real estate agent. These homes speak for themselves really, just do quality over quantity.
