    In today's video, I'll show you how to make a delicious Broccoli and Cauliflower Omelette.
    This quick and healthy breakfast idea is perfect for starting your day with a nutritious, filling and flavorful meal.
    Ingredients:
    400 grams of fresh, cleaned broccoli and cauliflower
    4 green onions, sliced into small rounds
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    50g feta cheese
    Chilli flakes (optional)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Instructions:
    Place the broccoli and cauliflower in a bowl and add boiling water. Cover with a lid or plate and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
    Drain and finely chop the broccoli and cauliflower.
    Add the chopped broccoli and cauliflower to the green onions.
    Finely chop the garlic and mix all ingredients well.
    Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
    Add the mixture to the pan, spreading it evenly.
    Cover and cook until it starts to turn golden brown.
    Use a spatula to loosen the omelette from the edges. Place a plate on top of the pan and flip the omelette.
    Cover and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
    Transfer the omelette to a flat plate and serve.
